1. General provisions

1.1. The head of the organizational department (hereinafter referred to as the head of the department) is appointed to the position and dismissed from his post by the head of the city of Kosterevo.

The head of the organizational department performs the following functions:

4. Rights and obligations.

1. General Provisions
