large graphic details, raster up to 40 lines / cm; on monochromatic

full-format machines editions with illustrations - line and thin

graphic details, raster with lineature above 40 lines / cm; on the

small format 4-color offset roll-fed and sheet-fed offset presses

2.3. Performing work on makeready and printing on newspaper

multi-roll units of newspapers and magazines.

2.4. Make-up and printing on small-format offset machines: works,

2.5. Make-up and printing on small-format offset presses:

2.6. Fitting and printing on one-color offset machines of all

formats of works containing illustrations (line art with small graphic

details and raster with lineature above 40 lines / cm - monochromatic and

multicolor with overlapping more than two paints), complex duplexes,

solid light background or partial, but saturated.

2.7. Make-up and printing on one-color small-format offset

machines for work with a complex combination of colors and gradation transitions, with

subtle graphic details of guilloche and ornamental character,

solid background works. Make-up and printing on roll four-color

offset presses of small format works containing line illustrations with

large details and raster with lineature up to 40 lines / cm.

2.8. Performing, together with the printer, flat printing of a higher

makeready and printing qualifications: on two-color

full-format offset presses - editions with line illustrations with

small graphic details, raster with lineature above 40 lines / cm, and

also cartographic publications; on one- and two-color full-size

offset presses, four-color small format offset presses -

multicolor and highly artistic works; on four- and six-color

sheet-fed full-format offset machines, roll-fed four or more

colorful machines of medium and large formats - editions of various

difficulties; on roll-fed, sheet-fed four-color small machines

format - highly artistic multi-colored works; on two-, four- and

six-color sheet-fed offset machines of Goznak products: work with

complex gradation transitions, multicolor work with simultaneous

printing with metallized paints, solid saturated background works,

works with fine graphic details of guilloche and ornamental

character, raster works with a raster lineature up to 60 lines / cm, as well as

products of Goznak with simultaneous printing of numbering when the quantity

EXPLANATORY NOTE

In accordance with the Procedure for training on labor protection and testing the knowledge of labor protection requirements for employees of organizations, approved by the decree of the Ministry of Labor of Russia and the Ministry of Education of Russia of 13.01.2003 N 1/29, the employer (or his authorized person) is obliged to organize training within a month after hiring safe methods and techniques for performing work of all persons entering work, as well as persons transferred to another job.

Occupational safety training is carried out during the training of the printer.

The employer (or a person authorized by him) provides training for persons employed in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, safe methods and techniques for performing work with an internship at the workplace and passing an exam, and in the process labor activity- conducting periodic training on labor protection and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements.

Printers who first enter these jobs, or have a break in their profession (type of work) for more than a year, are trained and tested for knowledge of labor protection requirements within the first month after being assigned to these jobs.

The printer must be trained and tested in occupational health and safety.

Periodic knowledge testing is carried out at least once a year in the amount of this program learning.

The training program was developed on the basis of the current regulations governing occupational safety for the printer, qualification characteristics in accordance with the Unified tariff and qualification reference book of workers' jobs and professions, as well as analysis of the conditions and safety of his work.

The time allotted for the study of labor protection issues is determined depending on the volume of the studied material, as well as the complexity and danger of the work performed. Training includes the development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of safe work in the profession.
