Freelancing today attracts not only professionals who have been working at home for many years, but also beginners for whom remote work can simply become additional earnings... Is it possible for a student to earn money on freelancing? Of course, yes, and freelancing can bring a good profit for the full payment of your own studies or simply as a source of pocket money.

Which student can make money online?

Remote work at home- a real discovery for students, which turned the life of many students at universities. 10 years ago it was simply impossible to imagine that you can earn decent money without leaving your home, but now everyone has the opportunity to receive money on the Internet, regardless of age and work experience.

Freelancing allows literally all students to earn money, regardless of your specialty. On the Internet, you will probably need the skills of the specialist you are studying for, and in other cases, when your future profession is not computer-related, you can do a part-time job in one of the simple niches of freelancing, doing work that everyone can do.

If you only devote a couple of hours a day to freelancing, you can make good money on personal expenses, however, of course, you should not count on quick money right away. Teleworking from home requires finding jobs and quality execution, and you will most likely not be able to learn the necessary skills right away, but after a few weeks or months.

How can you make money?

There are a lot of activities that allow you to get real money on the Internet. If you are studying to be a designer, advertiser, programmer, architect, journalist, teacher, translator, then you can easily find a job on the Internet.

The fact is that there are many vacancies on the network and the advantage is often given to students, because young specialists do not ask for a lot of work, and they perform tasks quite well.

For example, you are studying to be a web designer and layout designer. You can easily find a job in a small Internet project and on an ongoing basis carry out tasks for a customer - make layouts of web pages, design a website, implement ready-made ideas and offer your own developments in HTML page layout. Work is usually paid for when it is completed, so you will receive money often.

For example, we made a ready-made layout of a web page according to the customer's requirements - received payment to an electronic wallet. All that remains is to withdraw the money and spend it on daily expenses.

Where and how to look for work?

Teleworking from home offers thousands of newbie jobs on major freelance exchanges. Just type in the search engine the phrases freelance, remote work at home or work on the Internet and you will find many sites where vacancies and work projects are posted. On a site where there is a lot of work in your specialty, you should register. Your first task will be to fill out a profile - describe your services, what you do, how quickly and efficiently you are ready to complete tasks. Write about yourself and your experience.

In order to find a job, it is advisable to have at least a few positive reviews about your services in the profile, so be ready to perform the first job literally for any fee, the main thing is that the customer writes a good recommendation about you. Remote work from home with a completed profile and a couple of positive reviews is searched pretty quickly - find jobs that interest you, offer a tempting job price and wait. We advise you to respond to many vacancies and projects at once, because surely only in some cases the performer will pay attention to your proposal.

Pros and cons of networking for the student

Remote work at home offers many advantages for students in universities. Firstly, you can work for several hours a day, that is, without interrupting your studies. Secondly, finding a job, especially if your pay requirements are not too high, can be done quickly enough. Thirdly, work can be quit at any second, when the session begins, or just for study there is a heavy load with tasks, later find new job will not be difficult. Fourth, you receive payment for the work not once a month, but upon completion, so you will always be with the money.

Freelancing for students also has its drawbacks - it is high competition on job exchanges, difficulties at the start, because you need to get certain skills to start making money, and the presence on sites of "scammers" that may not pay for the job.

As you can see, teleworking from home can be a great way to earn money for a student, the main thing is to choose your niche for work, take care of a profile with a good reputation on the job market, and take responsibility for completing tasks.

Can I start working remotely without experience and skills?

Remote work without experience and special skills - is it possible? Today I want to answer this common question that I am often asked. For some reason, many believe that in order to start working remotely, you need to be able to program or be a computer guru.

If you read my article about that, you will find out that there are many where basic computer skills are required.

How I got started working from home with no experience

A year ago, when I began to find opportunities on the Internet to start working remotely from home, I also had no experience. Reading the stories of the guys in the book "", I saw that most of them had no experience and skills.

Someone simply transferred their activities to the Internet, and someone began to study their direction from scratch. The first question I wondered after reading this book was: What can I do on the Internet?

Then I had 3 options than I could do without experience:

  1. Copywriting - writing articles. But then I still did not understand.
  2. Administrator of VKontakte groups - what I started doing and have been doing it for almost 8 months, consistently earning more than 20 thousand rubles.

These 3 professions were the most suitable for me, I understood their essence and what needs to be done. Of course, you know that what I was going through at that moment helped me to start and get in the first month on an income that I could already live on. But I studied my direction on my own.

My first specialty in remote work, in which you don't need to have experience as such, was administering VKontakte groups. I had several groups, for the promotion of which I was paid from $ 150 per month.

The work with the group consisted of the following:

  • Registration
  • Filling content
  • Moderation of comments
  • Answers to participants' questions
  • Group advertising
  • Conducting contests and sweepstakes

Quite simple steps that helped get you started making money at home without experience and contained me while I explored other directions.

In parallel with leading these groups, I independently created my blog from scratch based on free training courses that are available on the Internet and also began to look for orders for creating and setting up blogs.

Surprisingly, everything that seemed incomprehensible and impossible to me before became simple and easy after studying.

I rocked my job search skill on the Internet so much that I can now find any vacancy and get a job without having a special education and experience. It's all about our confidence. I am confident and know that I can learn any Internet profession in a very short time - from a few days to a month.

Remote work without experience is for everyone

Based on my story and stories of my friends, it is very easy to actually find a remote job without experience.

Again, you can't find remote work because you don't know how to look for it and you have no experience with it. Job search skills also need to be learned, as well as your specialty in which you want to develop.

At the first stage, take any profession and start earning at least 5-10 thousand rubles on it. It will be difficult without experience, but you will have confidence in your abilities. By exploring one area, dozens of more remote work opportunities will open up to you.

Jobs that can be found without experience and special knowledge

Free information on the Internet is enough to find out what to do and how.

  • social media administrator
  • rewriter, copywriter
  • dialer
  • personal assistant
  • moderator on the site
  • account manager
  • youtube manager

Perhaps what you do offline can also be applied online, you just don't know how to do it. Therefore, write your questions in the comments. Tell us what you are doing now and I will show you how you can start working remotely.

Employees of the HR-portal website calculated how many students combine study with work, and this figure is impressive - 70%! In this article, we'll talk about student work.

I myself am a student and work, like many of my friends. It is unrealistic to survive on a scholarship - in my university, the standard monthly payment is 1800 rubles (if you study without "Cs"). What can you buy for this amount? Only food for a week and a half and that's it.

In order to somehow stay afloat, many students are forced to combine work with study. Of course, some are helped by their parents, but admit it is better to start earning a living on your own as early as possible. Many people just come across work as a student, and this experience becomes a good support in the future or even develops into a whole career! In addition, there is no guarantee that you will be hired to work in your specialty (a commonplace reason - no work experience).

Fortunately, today you can find work from home or on the internet. No need to look in vain for ads in newspapers - you can use the Internet and find any job you like. Today, as a third year student, I will tell you:

  • What is the most popular job among young people and what is in demand?
  • How much money can you earn as a student?
  • Is it difficult to combine work and study?
  • Why do I prefer remote work?

Get ready - there are stories from my life, stories from my student friends and many useful information which will be of great help if you are looking for a job!

Remote home / office work vs on-site work. What's better? Advantages and disadvantages

All the work that I consider below can be divided into two types:

  • Traditional (offline) work(in the office, food outlets, at the enterprise, and so on). The process looks like this: we are looking for work by everyone available ways, we send a resume, we go through an interview, perhaps we sign any documents, for example labor contract(Be careful here! Read more in the "Fraud warning" section). Usually, the first time there is an unpaid internship (several days or a week). I talk about examples of such work in the next paragraph.
  • Remote (online) work. The work is connected with the Internet. Such professions are in demand as: programmers, web developers, copywriters, content managers, translators, SMM specialists, etc. But there are options for those who do not consider themselves to be in any remote profession, in other words, for unskilled workers. We are talking about both one-time assignments, part-time jobs, and work on an ongoing basis. Job search is carried out on special sites. Customers (i.e. employers) place an order and wait for a response from the executors (us). Our task is to correctly tell about ourselves and our work (if any), and in case of success, we become the executors of the order. You will also learn more about this from the article.

Consider the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking from home:

Remote work at home
Advantages Flaws
You look the way you want. Work even in your underpants. Loneliness. I work from home, and sometimes I get bored because I am always alone.
No need to travel to work. It's hard to make friends in a job like this. Among my friends there are no freelancers, and communication with like-minded people on the Internet quickly faded away.
You can take a lunch or rest break at any time. Scammers can get caught.
Free work schedule. Irregular wages. In one month you can get 30,000 rubles, in another 10,000 rubles.
There is no strict dependence on the bosses (in this case, these are the customers). High responsibility. If the customer does not like your work, he can easily refuse to cooperate.
The amount of payment depends on the amount of work you have done. Intermittent work. I have had cases when people with whom I worked for a long time just disappeared.
Skills can be constantly improved, leading to higher pay. There is no official registration with an entry in the work book, which means that there are no deductions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, there is no official experience, it will be difficult to prove your experience to another employer.
The ability to find regular customers (i.e. permanent job).
On freelance sites and exchanges, you can "pump" the rating. For example, my ETXT rating is 10,000 and the chances of getting a job are much higher than that of newbies.
Skills, not appearance and age, affect getting a job.

Now let's look at the pros and cons of traditional employment:

Regular work in the office or in the factory
Advantages Flaws
Registration by work book(but not everywhere, for example, they do not issue a one-time part-time job). There may be a dress code (uniform, formal suit, etc.).
Teamwork (friends, colleagues, communication). Relationships with coworkers or bosses may not work well, leaving you constantly stressed.
Fixed payment. You need to go to work (money + time).
Bonuses and bonuses are possible. Fixed schedule, you may have to get up very early, you can't be late, lunch at a certain time.
If you recommend yourself as good worker- career growth is possible. Outside work can be difficult in hot or cold weather.
Responsibility is distributed between colleagues and superiors (you can be scolded for the joint, but are unlikely to be kicked out). There is no way to go away on business.
You need to act strictly according to the rules of the organization (inability to implement your ideas).
Age and physical appearance affect getting a job.

Each of you will choose something of your own, based on the situation. For example, my university is located 30-60 minutes from home (a lot of time is spent on the road), so it's preferable for me.

Students, alas, are often the target of scammers... As a fishing rod - "tasty" job offers. As a result, a person signs a pile of documents without reading them, and ends up with nothing, since he fell for the deception of criminals. It's good if this only leads to the loss of a couple of thousand rubles, but there are cases that are much worse.

Here are a few situations I've heard about personally:

1 A certain agency. Tiny rented office in the business center. Inside - a couple of tables, chairs and ... everything. There are a bunch of telephones on the tables (!!!). People offer you a job with good pay, but for this you need to sign an agreement and make a "deposit" of a couple of thousand (which is then supposedly returned). Further, the standard phrase "we will call you back."

The catch - a person signs an agreement on the provision of INFORMATION services. That is, you were informed that there is such and such an activity, and that's all, their work is over, the trap will be slammed, you will not see your money and it is useless to complain to the police / courts, since you signed the contract in a sober mind and sane mind.

2 Little known paint company. The student got a job there, he offered to work unofficially, salary 10-30 $ per day. After working for a couple of days, the man got tired of harsh conditions and unsanitary conditions, after which he turned to the boss with a request for a calculation. As a result, he was told that he worked unofficially, so he would not see a salary.

3 Jobs with training. You can stumble upon a high-paying office job for everyone. Arriving for an interview, you may be offered to undergo training for a fee, followed by employment. After going through this paid training, you will most likely not be taken anywhere, citing the fact that you showed poor results in the course of training.

Network Marketing Companies (MLM). Often for regular vacancies, such as a driver, a sales manager, sales representative and the like, network companies are hiding. They go on outright deception by posting such ads, with one single purpose - to lure you into their office, where they will try to lure you into their project with convincing reasons. And since students are inexperienced and impressionable people, this often works. Then you will be required to pay an initial payment for the products and they will send you to sell these super-duper products to your relatives and friends.

Thousands of such stories can be found on the Internet. Fraud continues to evolve - people get bred over the phone, on the Internet, when applying for a job, etc. Be carefull! Here are some tips to help you identify scam employers:

  • Positions like "business partner", "employee in the office" and the like are not credible. Most likely, these are scams or financial pyramids. The employer must clearly state the responsibilities of the employee;
  • It is suspicious if a person accepts dozens of workers of different ages and does not refuse anyone;
  • If, instead of an interview, you are invited to a "presentation" or "seminar" and asked to bring a friend, this is most likely a pyramid scheme or network marketing;
  • Read carefully what you are signing!
  • Never pledge documents;
  • Are you offering to take paid courses before hiring? This is a clear deception.
  • Read reviews about the company on the Internet. If there are too many negative ones, it is better to ignore the vacancy.
  • I talked in detail about job search on the Internet on message boards in this article:. In short, it is better to avoid message boards and give preference to proven sites for making money (see reviews).
  • Do not make any monetary contributions before surfing the Internet!
  • The vacancies that come to you personally by e-mail, provided that you have not submitted a resume, are most likely a mailing list of scammers.

Personally, I was deceived 2 times on the Internet. The first time the customer got the job and blocked me on Skype, that is, disappeared without paying. The second time - I played an investment game and invested 2,000-3,000 rubles (for a student this is a normal amount), and soon the site was closed.

To every way I will lead brief information- about the average working time, salary per hour / shift / day, the frequency of payments, whether paperwork is required, manuals and so on. When describing, I rely on my experience and the stories of friends. The exact payment cannot be named, since it will differ in different regions, but I will give figures that are relevant in Vladivostok.

I take vacancies from Vkontakte groups, the topic of which is work for students. As for me, this is the most suitable "niche" for such an activity, because I, like other students, spend a lot of time on social networks, and most likely I will start looking for vacancies there, rather than on special sites. But you can also look at vacancies here:

Method 1. Work at food outlets (baristas)

  • Schedule: free / changeable
  • Average salary: 110 rubles / hour (paid once a month)
  • Official employment: not necessary
  • Yes
  • Internship: unpaid, several weeks
  • Experience: not needed

Barista - the coffee brewing specialist... Responsibilities include the correct preparation of coffee and similar beverages. There are a dozen such points in my university. Usually 1-3 people work there (depending on the passability of the point). Lessons - cooking (simple sandwiches or burgers from ready-made ingredients), brewing coffee, taking orders at the checkout.

Thanks to the free schedule, you can work at a convenient time, but the salary depends on the number of hours worked. Usually a student gets to work 4-8 hours. If you work not at a university, but in a city coffee shop, the salary will be higher, but also get ready for a more strict schedule.

I also saw vacancies for summer jobs in food outlets (for example, at the counter with ice cream, fruit cocktails).

It all depends on the weather (in the heat there will be no end to visitors, in rainy weather you are unlikely to earn anything at all), and the work is seasonal - i.e. suitable only for the summer.

Method 2. Work in fast food restaurants (KFS, McDonald's, Burger King, etc.)

  • Schedule: flexible
  • Average salary: RUB 108 / hour + 24 rub. / hour food
  • Official employment: Yes
  • Registration of a medical book: Yes
  • Internship: 1 week paid
  • Experience: not needed

Work in restaurants fast food Is probably one of the most popular works for students. And the heads of such institutions themselves do not hide this and often emphasize students in the announcements. But is the job so good?

She shared her thoughts on this work Alena Moskvitina who works at KFC.

How is the training going at the institution? What are the positions?

First of all, you come to a restaurant where you want to get a job and fill out a questionnaire. Already in the questionnaire itself there will be a table in which you will indicate the hours at which you can work. Then an interview with the director or deputy. Then a tour of the restaurant where they will show you everything and tell you which station you will work at.

There are the following stations:

  • Assembly / checkout;
  • Breading;
  • Saladet (includes fries).

If everything suits you, after the tour you will be given a referral for a medical examination. Next, your training begins at the station. You are assigned one trainer and you study during the week and at the end you pass your certification. After successfully passing the certification, your rate rises to 108 rubles / hour + 24 rubles additional payment for food (tuition is paid, I do not know what the rate is) and you start working.

What can you say about the work itself?

At the beginning, the work seems varied and I like it. But over time, you realize that diversity comes down to monotonous work at one station and you quickly get tired of the load. Sometimes you have to work for several people, as there is no required staff.

Do you manage to combine study with work?

I managed to combine it with my studies. At any time you can go to the director and explain that there are problems in your studies and they can put you at least two working days a week. In general, every week we fill in our options, where we again indicate how many hours we can work, from how many to what time.

Do you like this job?

This is a very good opportunity for a student to earn extra money. The work in fast food, oddly enough, is just done with an emphasis on students, so they are given various indulgences so that they have time both there and there.

Method 3. Working as a waiter / administrator in cafes / restaurants

  • Schedule: day, night, evening shifts of 8 hours
  • Average salary: 90-120 rubles / hour (paid once a month) + tip
  • Registration under the contract: not necessary
  • Registration of a medical book: Yes
  • Internship: several days
  • Experience: desirable, but taken without

The waiter is the most popular part-time job among students. Responsibilities include: serving the guests of the establishment (accepting an order, communicating), receiving and serving dishes. Also, the waiter needs to control the cleanliness of the hall, monitor the condition of appliances, dishes, inventory.

And the most important requirement: neat appearance, friendliness. Personally, I am pleased when a cheerful person serves me, which makes me feel better. The work is not difficult and will suit all students.

Cafes and restaurants often require administrators. Their tasks are to meet guests, make them sit down, receive phone calls, and count clients. They must also keep records and monitor the work of the hall. Too simple job suitable for students.

Method 4. Promoter-consultant / advertiser (my experience) + tastings

  • Schedule: day shifts, 3-5 hours
  • Average salary: 100-200 rub / hour
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: day or two
  • Experience: not needed

The essence of a promoter's job is to distribute leaflets on the streets and indoors. The person should be not shy and friendly in order to distribute as much promotional material as possible. Naturally, it cannot be thrown away or otherwise cheated (supervisors are monitoring), otherwise you will be deprived of payment. Work usually takes place in crowded places on the street.

Another type of work is tasting. Surely you have met girls in the supermarket who offer to try something (for example, 1 dumpling), and then purchase a full product (a pack of dumplings). This is also a part-time job for students. Mostly girls are hired, work for 3-4 hours, the pay is higher than that of the promoter + you are on the premises.

If you are shy, you can try ad posting. I worked this way one day, then changed my mind. Came to the office, filled out the documents. The next day I was given a promotional material, about 500 business cards from a computer company offering its services. The task is to "put" 2 business cards in the front door in the whole area.

You can choose the area yourself. They gave a map, which marked the path and the necessary houses. BUT! It was necessary to start from a certain place, since the "supervisor" will go from there to check your work. This created a problem for me as the nearest stop where I landed was just the finish point.

Work is exhausting. Instead of the stated 2-3 hours, I managed it in 4-5 hours. Legs get tired, and from places to “have a bite” only fast food cafes where shawarma is sold. My job ended when I found out I ran out of promotional material. I was even happy about that.

The first day was an internship, not paid. The rest of the time, I would receive 500 rubles per day if I continued to work. However, work is fine if you have chosen the area in which you live.

Method 5. Work from student teams (guides, counselors, Putin, construction site)

  • Schedule: seasonal
  • Average salary: 10,000-100,000 rubles / season
  • Registration under the contract: Yes
  • Registration of a medical book: Yes
  • Internship: training during school year
  • Experience: not needed

I learned about RNO (Russian student brigades) at the university, in my first year. It was boring in the hostel and I decided to watch the next event, among which was the "Exhibition of student groups". I went and found out that there are 4 directions in my university:

  • Pedagogical (work as counselors in children's camps);
  • Builders (work at construction sites for highways, spaceports and other facilities);
  • Putin (catching and processing fish at factories);
  • Conductors (work as conductors on trains).

Later it turned out that there are much more directions:

  • Service (servicing hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.);
  • Medical;
  • Rescue;
  • Agricultural and others.

There are not all universities (usually large federal ones). The bottom line is that you join a detachment (nothing is needed for this) and during the academic year you go through training (lectures + practice once a week). Naturally, you will find yourself in the student body, so get ready for new acquaintances and a sea of positive emotions. At the end of the training, exams are held, and in the summer you can work in the direction.

I chose the pedagogical direction. I didn't think about work - I just wanted to join new team... Unfortunately, I didn’t work in the summer. The counselors work in shifts that last 21 days. Throughout this period, they work with children, organize events, solve various problems. The job is not easy, but it is fun. They pay a little - up to 15,000 rubles, if there are no jambs behind you.

Friends who work in the construction sector received 60,000-80,000 rubles. in 2-3 months. Work at a construction site is different - someone prepares materials, and someone just sits in the office and deals with documents.

Friends working as guides received 50,000-100,000 rubles. for a couple of months of work. But I would not choose such a direction, since for me this work is difficult and even to some extent dangerous (I have met violent passengers more than once).

Putin's work is extremely difficult (constant work with fish). But they pay well for it. Unfortunately, I have no acquaintances who worked on the fishing line.

Method 6. Working as a merchandiser

  • Schedule: one-time part-time job (8-12 hours)
  • Average salary: from 100-150 rubles / hour
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: not needed

Merchandiser - a person who helps with product display in a store. That is, put food on the shelves, clothes, and so on. The job is simple and well paid, but get ready for the monotonous work.

I happened to work as a merchandiser in the New Yorker clothing store. Time - from 9 am to 9 pm, payment - 150 rubles per hour. For lunch they were given 2 times for 30 minutes, you decide for yourself - when. It was necessary to accept the goods, lay them out and glue tags with dimensions and prices in the back room.

By the end of the day, there was no longer the strength to stand, but I managed to get 1,500 rubles, which is enough for a student. One-time part-time job, comes across not so often.

Method 7. Working as a courier

  • Schedule: negotiated, usually part-time
  • Average salary: in different ways (some pay 100 rubles for delivery, others 1000 per shift, others 7500 per month).
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: not needed
  • Additional requirement: car (but not everywhere)

The essence of the work is the delivery of any goods from point A (for example, warehouse, pizzeria) to point B (another warehouse, client's house). The person is required to deliver the order on time. Additionally, they can instruct the packing of orders and throw off the responsibility for the warehouse. In such work, a car is often required, but I have met courier vacancies within the same territory where a car is not required (example below).

Method 8. Work on rentals and attractions

  • Schedule: day, shift
  • Average salary: 500 rubles / day + interest for each client
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: not needed

The operator for the rides must be sociable, sociable and cheerful person, because he needs to attract people. I often see vacancies for operators virtual reality and slot machines, but you can independently come to the park and find out if there is work.

A huge plus- pay interest on the general cash register per day. That is, the more people are attracted, the higher the salary. And this can be 1000 or 2000 rubles per day. At the same time, the person will gain sales skills that will be useful in the future.

Minus- work is seasonal, and earnings depend on the day of the week. On weekends (especially hot days) there are a lot of people walking, and in rainy weather there may be no clients at all.

Another type of income is working at the rental sports equipment, bicycles and so on. My university has its own rental, where students are willingly taken. It usually takes guys who know the mechanics. Here's an example of such a job:

At such a job, my friend worked for a year and managed to earn money for a motorcycle! True, he had difficulties in his studies because of this, but it did not come to expulsion

Method 9. Working as an operator

  • Schedule: day, shift
  • Average salary: from 10.000 rubles / month
  • Registration under the contract: Yes
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: maybe
  • Experience: not needed

The operator performs the function of an assistant in a company. He, roughly speaking, is the "link" between the company and the client. Communicates with people by phone and provides assistance or offers any services. You can work at home, the main thing is to have the Internet and a good microphone.

You need an excellent knowledge of the services of your company, as well as courtesy and tolerance, because rude people can get caught on the phone and spoil the mood.

Method 10. Working as a photographer

  • Schedule: most often free
  • Average salary: different (can be paid for a working day 500 rubles, or for one photo)
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: maybe
  • Experience: desirable
  • Additional requirement: ability to work in photoshop

The duties of a photographer include taking pictures of various events, objects or people. The challenge is to get a cool photo that you will be paid for. You also need the ability to work in Photoshop to process photos.

The work is universal - you can get a job in a company on a permanent basis or be independent (offer to do a photo session at weddings / corporate parties, and so on). Often ordinary people who need cool photos use the services of a photographer.

Work experience is desirable. To do this, you can take specialized courses. Here's what the photoplay website has to offer, for example:

But, for sure, you can find cheaper options or engage in self-study through books and videos.

Also, the photographer needs to have a portfolio. It is not difficult to replenish it - offer a free (well, or with minimum payment) a photo session to friends or acquaintances. Here's how, for example, in our university, the portfolio is replenished:

Method 11. Work in nightclubs

  • Schedule: night shift
  • Average salary: usually from 500-1000 rubles. per night
  • Registration under the contract: not necessary
  • Registration of a medical book:
  • Internship: maybe
  • Experience: not required

The first thing that comes to a student's mind after admission is the thrill of the hot parties that await him. I periodically see announcements of events in nightclubs, such as "StudOtryv", "We have a rest from study to the fullest," and so on. Some students rest in this place, while others get good money.

What vacancies for students in nightclubs are in demand:

  • Operator-cashier. Filling out a cash report, calculating guests. Average pay - 1000 rubles / shift, experience is not required.
  • Administrator. Communication with guests, meeting and seating guests, control of the hall, etc. Pay 100-150 rubles per hour
  • Waiters. Acceptance and delivery of dishes, keeping tables clean. Pay from 100 rubles / hour +% + tip. need sanitary book+ experience is desirable.
  • Security guards. Providing physical security. Usually they take sports guys. They pay 200 rubles per hour. Training is possible.
  • Svetovik is a lighting designer. Determines how best to make the lighting design, prepares the appropriate equipment, and so on. You can do it without experience. An internship of several days is usually assigned. 800-1000 rubles per shift.
  • Promoter. Responsibilities - to gather people for discos in a nightclub. The income depends on the number of attracted guests (maybe 500, 1500 and more). Also the nightclub offers a variety of goodies (free admission, drinks). You need to be able to attract people.
  • Promo models (girls). These are the most beautiful girls that shine in the photos of the club. Only girls with certain parameters (height, clothing size) are suitable. Responsibilities also include selling alcoholic beverages guests of the club. Usually they pay interest on sales (the more they sell, the more they get).
  • Bartender. Responsibilities: pour, carry alcoholic beverages. At the end of the shift, fill out the report. Work experience is desirable (you can take special courses), but some employers take it without it. Payment can be monthly (for example, 17,000 for 15 shifts), or hourly (for example, 100 rubles / hour) + tip.
  • DJ. The person who creates a fun atmosphere in the club and is in charge of the music. Work experience is desirable. The salary is high and reaches up to 3000 rubles / shift +% of the order of music.

Method 12. Working as a security guard

  • Schedule: shift
  • Average salary: 100 rub / hour
  • Registration under the contract: Yes
  • Registration of a medical book: no (but necessary for the protection of a child care facility)
  • Internship: maybe
  • Experience: not required

The security guard is obliged to provide security at the facility. Usually, students work part-time as security guards in nightclubs, since it is more convenient to combine the schedule with study. However, if you have the opportunity to work full shift, you can find shift jobs.

They don't pay much - usually 100 rubles per hour. I saw a payment even lower - 75 rubles / hour, but, in my opinion, it is not worth it. The guard is not required to master martial arts and supernatural things - it is enough for a person to be responsible, easily trained, decent, attentive, and also able to resolve conflict situations.

You can get training, get a grade and work at more serious facilities with higher pay.

Method 13. Working as a loader

  • Schedule: one-time part-time job
  • Average salary: 100-200 rub / hour
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: No

Easy to understand and physically difficult work. The duties of a loader include unloading / loading goods, furniture, etc. As usual work is going on - you leave with the driver, arrive at the point, do the work.

Usually this is a one-time part-time job for 1-3 days with a good pay. Suitable for students who cannot combine study with work, but have a couple of hours of free time on a certain day. The job is good for guys.

I also took part in loading / unloading work once when I was a merchandiser. The work is hard physically, you get tired quickly, but there is nothing difficult.

Method 14. Work at the educational department at the university / laboratory assistant

  • Schedule: flexible
  • Average salary: increase to the scholarship
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: No

The job is suitable for students who are really passionate about their studies. You have to do various things - help teachers, work with documents, organize various events and more.

From the pros: work does not require qualifications and is easily combined with study, you can earn the loyalty of the teacher. Cons: I have to spend a lot of time at the university, low salaries. A student is required to study well, otherwise you will simply not be hired for this job.

To get a job, you should contact the department or the dean's office of the university where you are studying.

Method 15. Work on scientific projects (scholarships)

  • Schedule: free
  • Average salary: increase to the scholarship
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: No

Like the previous job, it is suitable for students who like to learn. And they succeed in this business. In our university, if a student does not have "triples" according to the results of the session, he is awarded a scholarship:

  • If the specialty is not a priority: the usual scholarship is 1800 rubles, the increased one is 4500 rubles. (if there are only "fives" in the record-book);
  • If the specialty is a priority (for example, engineers): the usual scholarship is 2800 rubles, the increased one is 7500 rubles.

But if you engage in scientific and social activities, you can significantly increase this amount. Here is an example of the scholarships we have:

And this is not the limit! I have heard of students who make more money this way than teachers.

What to do to get such a scholarship? First, you need to study at "good" and "excellent". Secondly, to actively participate in the scientific and social life of the university. To do this, you should contact the faculty or student organizations that are involved in scientific activities... If your achievements are significant, you may be assigned an additional scholarship (for the entire semester or a one-time payment).

Method 16. Work as a handyman

  • Schedule: daytime (intermittent work, usually for several days)
  • Average salary: 100-200 rubles / hour or from 800-1000 rubles / day
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: No

Quite a simple job that does not require special skills and training. Responsibilities include helping shops or other facilities. Drag and drop something, transfer goods, help at a construction site ... That's why they say "handyman". The work is not difficult, but monotonous.

The advantage is that she is well-paid and volatile. That is, if a student has a week of free time, he can earn 5,000-10,000 rubles, and then easily go about his business.

Method 17. Provision of copying services to students

  • Schedule: free
  • Average salary: 2-4 rubles / sheet, other services at your discretion
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: No

In the process of studying, a student often needs to print something: job reports, term papers, diplomas ... But there are no printers in the hostel! Therefore, you have to use copying services at the university or in special centers in the city, but sometimes other students come to the rescue with the coveted equipment.

There was a Chinese student in our dorm who printed a piece of paper with a price list and slipped each resident of the dorm under the door. So he promoted his services, and, as a result, I usually printed with him. Why? Close to the room where I live, and the prices are twice lower than at the university.

Or you can get a job at a copy center at your university. Earnings will be higher, but such a schedule is often incompatible with study, since work usually takes place in the morning and afternoon:

Calculating the benefits is easy enough... We buy a good printer (for example, Pantum P2200 for 5000 rubles), a pack of 500 sheets of paper (200-300 rubles) and promote our services in social groups... The maximum number of pages for this printer, as stated by the seller, is 15,000 pages. Excluding the cost of paint and sheets, when printing for 2 rubles / sheet, we will receive 30,000 rubles. Of course, such numbers are not achievable, but I think you can reach 5000 rubles / month, which is a good result for a student.

Method 18. Interviewer

  • Schedule: full time or free
  • Average salary: 1 application form 100-200 rubles
  • Registration under the contract: maybe
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: desirable

This type of earnings is suitable for sociable people - earnings directly depend on this. The essence of an interviewer's job is to take a “mini-interview” from a person, conduct a survey and fill out a questionnaire. On average, they pay 100-200 rubles for one questionnaire (that is, for one interviewed person), but they can also pay more.

You need to have a competent and clear speech and be able to correctly arrange a conversation with a stranger. The work can take place both on the street and by the “apartment building” method, i.e. you conduct a survey while walking through apartments.

Method 19. Gym administrator

  • Schedule: full time work
  • Average salary: RUB 20,000 / month
  • Registration under the contract: maybe
  • Registration of a medical book: maybe
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: No

The work of a gym administrator is also suitable for people who do not play sports. Employee tasks:

  • Control of the club's work: interaction with coaches and other staff;
  • Greeting guests and communicating with them;
  • Key issuance;
  • Using a PC;
  • Accounting for expenses and income.

An administrator can get a permanent job or a part-time job. And if the bosses are loyal, you can be allowed to use the equipment, which will be a plus for people who are / want to start playing sports.

Method 20. Part-time job as a taxi driver

  • Schedule: free
  • Average salary: from 200 rubles / order
  • Registration under the contract: No
  • Registration of a medical book: No
  • Internship: No
  • Experience: No
  • Additional requirement: having a car

We will not consider the full-fledged work of a taxi driver, but only a part-time job. On the mobile phones there are apps that allow people to place a taxi order. At this time, motorists who also have an application can take this order. It turns out a kind of "exchange" with performers and customers

What applications are popular:

  • Gett;
  • Uber;
  • inDriver.

Personally, I use an indriver when I need a taxi. What are the advantages - low prices, the ability to see the driver's rating, quick response. If you have a car, you can earn money in this way on the way from the university or in your free time. Various student events that take place far from the hostels also allow you to cut down the dough. For example, hanging out in a nightclub.

Being subscribed to the "Work for Students" group on Vkontakte, I closely monitored vacancies, and one of them seemed curious to me. Unfortunately, we could not find this ad, but its content was similar to the following:

"We need people for a part-time job, pay 500 rubles, you are required to attend the event, the details are in private messages."

I decided to respond to the ad with a friend. As a result, we were all gathered in the city, put on a bus and taken to some institution where the land council was held (or something like that). All we had to do was listen to the narrator and vote, for which I don’t remember. And that's all.

Then they gave us 500 rubles, put us on the bus again and took us to the meeting place. Everything! I don’t know how “legal” this way of earning was, but it can be called “easy money”, since I didn’t do anything.

How much can you earn - rating of ways

Above, I described in detail each way of earning money on site / in the office for students. For quick reference, I decided to put them in a table, giving the approximate earnings and the complexity of the work:

Of course, you can see vacancies for other student jobs as well. Just follow the vacancies on social networks or on special job sites - and you will surely find something to your liking.

10 ways to earn money for students at home

Here we look at the work that can be done at home. For many, you will need the Internet and a computer and that's it! No bosses, no strict schedule, no other problems. You decide when and with whom to work.

I chose freelancing as my work from home, and I am very good at combining it with my studies. You can work and do your homework at the same time while sitting at the computer. Of course, freelancing has its drawbacks: inconsistent work, payment depends on the volume you have completed, the possibility of fraud ... But you quickly adapt to such conditions!

Method 1. Earning money on simple tasks

A simple way to make money that is suitable for beginners. Many people started working with him on the Internet, including me.

The essence: perform simple tasks on exchanges / special sites. No skills, special courses are required for this - only a browser and access to the Internet. These tasks include:

Read on this topic the following, more full articles on our website:

  • Captcha input. The work is simple but monotonous. It is necessary to drive in captchas (an image with distorted but legible text or numbers) on special service sites. On average, you can get 1-10 rubles per hour if you work without interruptions. Enough to top up your mobile phone account.

Method 2. Earnings on games

As a teenager, I spent a lot of time playing video games. Over time, I learned that you can earn money on them, which I have been doing successfully to this day. I have turned my hobby into a source of income, and work brings me pleasure and money.

You can earn money both by playing them, and by engaging in "third-party" activities, such as website promotion, copywriting and more. I was able to identify the following ways to make money on games:

For myself, I chose copywriting, the topic is computer games. At the moment I am writing about games (reviews, news, articles), and also I am a content manager on a gaming site. I will not say that you can earn a lot on this - this topic is unpopular in copywriting, but less so. But I don’t need it - I write with pleasure, and this is the main thing.

Method 3. Earnings on mobile applications

Almost every schoolchild and student have a cool smartphone. In addition to making calls, they perform a number of functions: games, watching movies, surfing the Internet. And they can even become a tool for making money! You can earn in the following ways:

Method 4. Earnings on comments, reviews

Another curious and easy way to make money is to write reviews and comments. Usually these are "mini texts" in a couple of sentences with a certain message: praise something, express your opinion, ask a question, and so on. Comments and reviews are ordered by the owners of sites and blogs for the purpose of their promotion.

Paid commentary assignments can be found on the following sites:

The bottom line is to write a unique (the uniqueness of the text can be checked for free on the Text.ru service a comment on customer requirements. This can be a positive comment under a video on YouTube, a hotel review, etc. Here is an example of work that is found on QComment:

Of the pros - good pay. As you can see in the picture, you will be paid 10 rubles for 150 symbols. And these are just two lines in Microsoft Word... Let's consider the order in more detail:

A minimum of requirements, but this does not mean that the work must be done "on the ditch". I would treat the customer with respect and read the article he offers and ask a normal question on the topic. With this attitude, your assignment will definitely be accepted, and you will receive money and a rating.

What do you need to work? Literacy, ability to express thoughts, attentiveness. On QComment, I managed to earn 100 rubles per hour only on comments. Not bad, isn't it? Moreover, the site has a rating system, on which the payment depends.

Now I will explain the meaning of making money on reviews. Take a look around. I have a laptop on my desk, next to speakers, a phone, a great mouse and a bunch of other things. I have used them and can share my experience with other users. In other words, I can leave reviews on these products and get paid for it!

The essence: register on a review site, post reviews and get a reward for the text. Additionally, you are credited with money for each viewing! That is, passive income after writing a review is provided.

Popular review sites:

Method 5. Earnings on surveys

Polls are another good way for students to make money. The bottom line is to answer a couple of questions in any area (for example, about student life) and get paid for it. Earnings depend on the duration and frequency of the survey.

Unfortunately, permanent work you can't name it - the polls do not appear as often as we would like, and their completion will take from 10 to 30 minutes a day. But this is a great way to earn a couple of hundred rubles!

I talk in more detail about earning in this cool article:

Method 6. Earnings on social networks (completing tasks + content manager + earnings on advertising)

Students spend time on social media quite often. And you can also make money on this! This can be done in three ways:

You can also make money on social networks if you get a job moderator or content manager to the community. One person cannot cope with all the tasks, namely: filling the community with content (news, articles), promotion, communication with the audience, and more. Therefore, he hires people to take over these responsibilities. Usually pay from 1,000 to 3,000 per month.

The work can be found on the following sites:

They post vacancies from employers on the topic of freelancing, and you can apply to them. Or write a resume and wait for a response. For example, here is how people present themselves in Moguz:

The third and most difficult way for students to make money on social networks is to create and maintain communities with subsequent monetization. That is, you yourself come up with the theme of the group (for example, “ Best Movies and serials ”) and lead the group. Filling with content can be done independently at first, and then, as income grows, delegate to people.

When the community has 500-1000 subscribers, you can try to publish ads. Usually it is offered by other people who want to promote their groups / services / products. You can also try to use the internal advertising platform of the network - for example, as in Vkontakte:

As you can see, a public page with a coverage of 1 million subscribers can get 20,000 rubles in one click! But we'll take a more mundane case. For example, a group with 10,000 people can bring its owner 30,000 rubles a month.

Method 7. Assisting students - homework, tests, coursework, diplomas

A common form of income among students, based on knowledge in various subjects. Sometimes I find it difficult to keep up with the abundance of homework that we are asked, or I just do not find this subject interesting and unnecessary. Then I turn to people who are fumbling about this and ask them to do the task for money. I usually spend 200-500 rubles for 1 job.

If you are successful, for example, in mathematics, then your help will be useful to people in the humanities. How to promote your services? You can use social media and place an ad in the groups of your university:

Or register on special sites and help schoolchildren and students from all over the world. They are exchanges where there are customers (students who need help) and performers (in this case, it's us). An example of such sites:

How to register as an author and see orders (for example, Author24). Follow the link, then click the Join button in the upper right corner:

Flaw above methods: huge competition. Especially if you are a beginner without a portfolio. Because of this, you have to reduce prices and sometimes work in the red.

You can also get a job with an agency that has a good reputation. Here, the competition is definitely not scary, but your earnings will be lower, since part of the money goes to the "bosses". Examples of such agencies:

To get a job, you need to write to the administration and offer your services. Choosing this method, you must be aware of the responsibility to students. If you complete the task incorrectly, your reputation will fall and it is unlikely that the person will turn again. And, as you know, any "business" is based on regular customers.

Method 8. Copywriting

Copywriting refers to the following types of work:

  • Informational articles like this one you are reading right now;
  • Short posts on social networks;
