1. General requirements on labor protection

1. To perform the duties of an electrician (adjuster) for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of hoisting machines, persons must be at least 18 years old who have undergone a medical examination, trained according to the relevant program and certified by the qualification commission, having a certificate.

2. An electrician approved for independent work for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of hoisting machines, must know:

2.1. basic provisions of general electrical engineering;

2.2. purpose, device and principle of operation of individual units, mechanisms and electrical equipment of hoisting machines;

2.3. electrical diagrams of the machines fixed for service;

2.4. the relevant sections of the Device Rules and safe operation electrical installations of consumers;

2.5. the main causes of damage and accidents on the electrical equipment of hoisting machines, to be able to find and eliminate them.

3. An electrician admitted to independent work on the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of hoisting machines must:

3.1. to inspect and repair the electrical equipment of hoisting machines;

3.2. prepare electrical equipment for lifting machines for technical examination.

4. Before being admitted to the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of hoisting machines, an electrician must be instructed at the workplace with registration in the instruction log. Subsequent (repeated) briefing should be carried out at least three months later.

5. An electrician admitted to the repair and maintenance of hoisting machines must have a qualification group for electrical safety not lower than the third.

6. An electrician must:

6.1. follow labor discipline, internal labor regulations;

6.2. do not drink alcoholic beverages, as well as be in the workplace, the territory of the organization or in work time in a state of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas;

6.3. study and improve methods of safe work;

6.4. work in overalls using the means individual protection in accordance with the established norms;

6.5. use equipment and tools only for their intended purpose.

7. An electrician must be able to provide first (first aid) aid to the victim in case of accidents. Know where the first-aid kit with a set of medicines is located, and, if necessary, ensure the delivery (escort) of the victim to a medical institution. Know the location and be able to use primary fire extinguishing equipment, do not obstruct access to fire-fighting equipment, hydrants and emergency exits.

2. Requirements for labor protection before starting work

19. The admission of workers servicing the electrical equipment of overhead cranes, as well as other workers on the crane tracks and walkways for the production of repair or any other work, should be carried out when issuing a permit for these works.

A work permit is a written permit for work in electrical installations, determines the place, time of the beginning and end of work, the conditions for its safe conduct, the composition of the team and persons responsible for the safety of work.

20. During inspections, adjustments and repairs of electrical equipment on cranes, maintenance personnel must use personal protective equipment (dielectric gloves, galoshes, rugs, stands, safety belt).

21. It is forbidden to use untested protective insulating means, as well as protective equipment, the term of the next test of which has expired.

22. The fixing tool should only be used with insulated handles.

23. Inspection and repair of electrical equipment should be carried out with the disconnected switch on the supply cable of the crane and disconnected the switch on the crane.

24. During the operation of the mechanisms, the service personnel are prohibited from performing any work on them.

When inspecting the electrical equipment of the cranes, the adjustment and switching on of the mechanisms must be carried out at the signal of the person carrying out the inspection.

25. For portable tools and portable lamps, use a safe voltage not exceeding 42 V.

26. When moving the overhead crane, the persons who inspected and troubleshoot the electrical equipment of the crane should be in the cab or on the deck of the bridge, while being careful not to touch the protruding parts of the ceiling, columns, fittings and other equipment.

27. When inspecting and checking the electrical equipment of hoisting machines and safety devices, it is necessary to check the serviceability of:

27.1. blocking hatches, doors, fences of cranes, which must disconnect unprotected trolley wires to prevent the danger associated with accidental touching them;

27.2. safety devices (limit switches, capacity limiter, interlocking devices and alarms, boom reach and capacity indicator);

27.3. fencing of all live parts accessible to touch;

27.4. actions of contactors;

27.5. states of resistances;

27.6. fuses;

27.7. adherence of brushes, cleanliness of contacting rings of electric motors and current collectors;

27.8. fixings of electrical wiring and condition of insulation;

27.9. actions of electrical protection devices;

27.10. tools and supplied protective equipment (rugs, fences, posters, etc.);

27.11. seals on the OGP relay blocks, anemometer, etc .;

27.12. insulation resistance of stator and rotor windings of electric motors.

28. Upon completion of the repair and inspection, all removed fences on electrical equipment and electrical devices must be put in place and secured.

29. After inspecting and repairing the electrical equipment of the cranes and adjusting the devices and safety devices based on the results of the work performed, the electrician must make an appropriate entry in the crane logbook.

The crane operator, having made sure that the electrical equipment, safety devices, and the presence of seals on the OCP are in good working order, signs in the crane logbook about the acceptance of the crane after its inspection.

30. The service personnel must report all malfunctions and work performed to the person responsible for the maintenance of the hoisting machines in good condition.

Today there are a lot of professions related to electrical engineering. But it must be admitted that the level of requirements for the performer in these professions is very different.

As an example, we can cite well-known electricians who serve some household or office buildings and are mainly engaged in replacing light bulbs. And they can be opposed by specialists who carry out the repair of complex equipment, which includes power electronic converting equipment. Both those and others - on the "you" with electricity, have an electrical safety approval group (perhaps even the same). Both are skilled workers.

But even on a superficial examination, the differences in the qualifications of these specialists are visible to everyone. With all due respect to the ZhEK electricians, electricians who diagnose and repair complex electromechanical devices are far from them in a professional sense.

So, in the "hierarchy" of electrical specialists electricians for the maintenance of modern cranes occupy a place close to the top. Without any exaggeration.

The days when the asynchronous drive of electric hoisting machines was started up by direct connection to the network are long gone. Today, only low-power girder drives are turned on in this way. And they are gradually moving to more progressive (read - more complex) drive systems.

Rheostat starting of an electric drive using motors with phase rotors is also a thing of the past. The overwhelming majority of cranes manufactured today are equipped with electric drives of the "frequency converter - asynchronous squirrel cage motor" system. In cab-operated cranes, all available drives are increasingly equipped with this system. Moreover, this applies equally to domestic and foreign cranes.

The advantages of such a drive system are higher energy performance, the possibility of realizing almost ideal smooth starting and braking, the complete absence of jerks and shock loads on the mechanical elements of the drive. Anyway, the control possibilities of a variable frequency drive seem almost limitless.

The possibilities are endless, but their use requires high qualifications, knowledge not only in the field of electric drive, but also in the field of electronics.

The crane is an object of increased danger during operation. Hence - a large number of all kinds of locks and protections included in schematic diagram control circuits of any crane. And the greater the lifting capacity of the crane, the more complex the circuit of its control circuits.

Not every electrician is able to understand the schemes of large special lifting machines. In addition, most modern cranes are equipped with microprocessor-based safety devices, the periodic maintenance of which and checking with test weights also often fall on the shoulders of crane service technicians.

So, let's note that in order to be an electrician for repairing cranes, you must:

5. Become familiar with the training course "Electric Machines" at least at a level that allows, if necessary, recall the characteristics of electric motors.

6. Do not be afraid of heights and poor working conditions. Cold, wind (within the permissible wind load for this crane) - all this does not wait until you complete the repair and maintenance of the hoisting machine.

7. Have the skills to work safely with electricity and work at height.

8. Be in good health. After all, even low vision for doctors is a formal reason to deny a person the right to perform work at his best. And even glasses won't help here.

Obviously, not everyone can be a crane electrician. Here, one should only make a reservation that such requirements should be made only to specialists working at enterprises with a large and regularly updated fleet of lifting equipment. And there are plenty of such enterprises today.

The present Typical instruction developed in accordance with the Regulation on the Federal Mining and Industrial Supervision of Russia, approved by the Government Decree Russian Federation from 03.12.01 No. 000, Rules of application technical devices at hazardous production facilities approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 98 No. 000, the Rules for the organization and implementation of industrial control over compliance with industrial safety requirements at a hazardous production facility, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 03/10/99 No. 000, the Rules for Design and Safe Operation hoisting cranes (PB 10-382-00), approved by the decree of the Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia dated December 31, 1999 No. 98, and others regulatory documents concerning bridge cranes.

This Model Instruction sets out the duties of electricians servicing bridge-type cranes equipped with radio-electronic means of remote control (remote control equipment with transmission of command signals via a radio or single-wire communication channel) *.

If this instruction fully meets the requirements for ensuring the safety of work at the enterprise, the administration of the enterprise must introduce it for execution. If this instruction does not fully reflect the features of safe maintenance of cranes in the workshop or at the site of the enterprise's work, the owner of the cranes is obliged to draw up and approve additions to this instruction or draw up production instructions.

This Standard instruction (both with and without additions) or production instruction is approved by the head of the enterprise and issued against the signature of the electrician.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. For the maintenance of bridge-type cranes equipped with radio-electronic means of remote control, by order of the head of the enterprise, electricians are appointed for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment for cranes **, who have studied this Standard instruction and operational documentation of the crane remote control equipment.

1.2. The electrician is given a photo ID signed by the head of the company. During work, the electrician must have a certificate with him.

1.3. An electrician holding a certificate for the right to service remote-controlled cranes is obliged to:

1) comply with the requirements of the production instructions for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment for cranes;

2) fulfill production tasks, observe the schedule of maintenance of equipment for remote control of the crane;

3) carry out maintenance, repair of equipment for remote control of the crane in deadlines within the limits of their duties;

4) make entries in the logbook of the crane operator based on the results of work, draw up protocols (acts);

5) comply with the requirements of the rules and manuals for the operation of cranes (it is forbidden to operate cranes and carry out slinging of loads when performing work on cranes);

2.2. When servicing remote control equipment located on the crane, the following operations must be performed:

1) in the cabinet of the crane remote control equipment, check the absence of visible damage on electromechanical relays, electromagnetic starters, automatic switches, transformers, terminal clamps;

2) check the condition and reliability of the connection of the connecting wires to the products of the crane remote control equipment;

3) if necessary, clean the products of the crane remote control equipment from dust and dirt, check the integrity of the seals.

2.3. After carrying out maintenance, the crane operator, in the presence of an electrician, must check the operation of the crane in remote control mode.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE ELECTRIC INSTALLER WHEN REPAIRING THE EQUIPMENT

REMOTE CRANE CONTROL

3.1. To identify a malfunction of the crane remote control equipment, the electrician should use the sections of the operational documentation: "Possible malfunctions and their causes", the diagram of the switching on of light indicators that control the passage of control command signals in the electronic part of the crane remote control equipment, as well as executive relays and electromagnetic starters.

3.2. The electrician, within the limits of his duties, must replace the defective product and restore the operability of the crane remote control equipment.

3.3. After the repair, the crane operator, in the presence of an electrician, must check the operation of the crane in remote control mode.

If the test results are positive, the electrician makes a corresponding entry in the passport for the crane remote control equipment, in the "Maintenance and repair" section, and in the logbook.

4. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

4.1. An electrician is obliged to comply with personal safety requirements when being at the work site or near the moved cargo, compliance with safety requirements in the area of ​​operation of lifting machines, when storing goods.

4.2. Checking the passage of control command signals must be done visually, when the door of the cabinet of the remote control equipment is open, being on the crane working platform, when the mains voltage is on, but the power part of the electric drive is disconnected (the line contactor in the protective panel is disconnected).

A sign "Do not turn on, people are working" should be posted in the designated place.

4.3. Maintenance of the crane remote control equipment and replacement of faulty products on the crane should be carried out only when the mains voltage is disconnected (de-energized state of the remote control equipment) and the opening hatch to the crane working platform is open.

5. LIABILITY

The electrician is liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation for violations of the production instructions, operational documentation requirements for crane remote control equipment and operating manuals for cranes.

1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, trained according to an appropriate program, have passed introductory and on-the-job instructions on labor protection are allowed to perform the duties of a locksmith for the repair and maintenance of lifting machines.

1.2. The admission to the work of a locksmith for the repair and maintenance of lifting machines is issued by an order for the enterprise after the issuance of a certificate and this instruction.

1.3. Re-examination of the knowledge of the locksmith is carried out by the commission:

periodically, at least once every 12 months;

when moving from one enterprise to another;

at the request of the person in charge of supervision, or the inspector of Gosgortekhnadzor.

A locksmith admitted to independent work on the repair and maintenance of hoisting machines must know:

  • production instructions;
  • labor protection instructions;
  • purpose, device and principle of operation of all mechanisms of the serviced equipment and instructions for maintenance and repair;
  • know the main sources of hazards, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and also apply in practice methods of protection against them;
  • know and be able to identify by visual-measuring control the main defects and damage to metal structures, mechanisms, limiters, indicators, recorders and control systems of the substation;
  • know and be able to perform commissioning work at the substation;
  • be able to apply in practice the technologies of repair and restoration of units and parts of the substation;
  • to know and be able to use rigging and assembly devices, lifting mechanisms, slings corresponding to the carrying capacity of the masses of the mounted (dismantled) elements in order to carry out the installation (dismantling) of the substation;
  • be able to apply the established procedure for the exchange of conventional signals between the employee, the supervising installation (dismantling), and the rest of the personnel involved in the installation (dismantling) of the substation. Observe the practical requirement that all signals during the installation (dismantling) are given by only one worker (the foreman of the erection team, team leader, rigger-slinger), except for the “Stop” signal, which can be given by any worker who has noticed the danger;
  • have documents confirming the passage, in the prescribed manner, vocational training on the relevant types of activities of working specialties;
  • know the basic schemes for slinging loads (when performing the duties of a slinger) and methods of testing PS;
  • know and comply with the requirements of operational documents;
  • the main causes of malfunctions and accidents in mechanisms, to be able to find and eliminate them;
  • technological process of repair, assembly and installation of mechanical equipment;
  • methods and techniques for performing fitting and assembly work;
  • purpose, device, design, rules for the selection and use of working, measuring and fitting and assembly tools, handling and storage rules;
  • range and purpose of lubricants used to lubricate mechanical equipment;
  • ways to provide victims with the first medical care, location of the first aid kit;
  • fire warning signals, locations of fire extinguishing equipment and the ability to use them.

1.5. When using lifting machines controlled from the floor for repair purposes, a repairman must undergo a special briefing followed by a test of the skills in operating the machine and strapping (hooking) loads in the prescribed manner.

1.6. All accidents and accidents must be reported to the person responsible for the work.

1.7. When receiving a new (unfamiliar) job, the locksmith must demand additional instruction from the master.

1.8. During work it is necessary to be attentive, not to be distracted by extraneous matters and conversations and not to distract others.

1.9. During work, you should follow the mode of work and rest. It is allowed to rest and smoke in specially designated areas.

1.10. When carrying out work, the locksmith may be affected by the following hazardous and harmful production factors: industrial microclimate, noise and vibration from operating mechanisms, a pair of fuels and lubricants.

1.11. Locksmiths should be provided with overalls: a cotton suit, tarpaulin mittens. For outdoor work in winter, additionally: with a cotton jacket with an insulated pad.

1.12. It is not allowed to turn on or stop (except for emergencies) machines, machine tools, mechanisms and electrical appliances, work on which you are not entrusted by the administration.

1.13. It is not allowed to touch the general lighting fixtures, broken electrical wires, terminals and other live parts, open the doors of electrical distribution cabinets and remove the guards and protective covers from the live parts of the equipment.

1.14. If the electrical equipment is defective, call an electrician. It is not permitted to rectify faults yourself.

1.15. In the event of an electric shock to a person, it is necessary to quickly turn off the part of the equipment to which the victim touches. If at the same time the victim can fall from a height, it is necessary to prevent or secure his fall. If it is impossible to quickly turn off the equipment, it is necessary to separate the victim from the live parts.

1.16. At voltages up to 1000 V, to separate the victim from live parts, use a dry cloth, board, rope, clothing or other dry, non-conductive material. It is not allowed to use metal, wet objects. If necessary, cut or cut the wires (each separately) with a dry wooden ax or a tool with insulated handles.

1.17. Persons who do not comply with the requirements of this Instruction are subject to administrative or criminal liability.

2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Before starting work, it is necessary to tidy up work clothes: button up the cuffs of the sleeves, tuck in clothes so that there are no developing ends, remove hair under a tight-fitting headdress. It is not allowed to work in light footwear (slippers, sandals, sandals).

2.2. Carefully inspect the place of work, put it in order, remove all foreign objects that interfere with the work.

2.3. Check the presence and serviceability of tools and devices. When working, use only serviceable tools:

wrenches must match the size of nuts and bolt heads and not have cracks or nicks; the jaws of the keys must be strictly parallel and not rolled up, the sliding keys must not be loosened in the moving parts; it is not allowed to put spacers between the jaws of the keys and the head of the bolt, as well as lengthen the handles of the keys with pipes and bolts or other objects;

locksmith's hammers and sledge hammers should have a slightly convex, not oblique and not knocked down, without cracks, the surface of the striker, should be securely fastened to the handle by wedging with pointed wedges, should not have work hardening;

hammer and sledgehammer handles must have a smooth surface and be made of hardwood (dogwood, beech, young oak, etc.);

percussion tools (chisels, cross cutters, barbs, notches, center punch, etc.) should not have cracks, burrs, work hardening. The chisels must be at least 150 mm long.

2.4. It is allowed to carry the tool to the workplace only in a special bag or box.

2.5. Check the lighting in the workplace to ensure that it is adequate and not dazzling. When working, use local lighting with a voltage not higher than 36 V.

2.6. When using an electric lamp, check for the presence of a protective grid on the lamp, serviceability of the cord and insulating rubber tube. The voltage of the portable lamp is allowed no higher than 12 V.

2.7. If necessary, work with lifting machines controlled from the floor, check the serviceability of the main parts and assemblies of the load lifting mechanism, namely:

the condition of the hook, the absence of wear in its mouth over 10% of the original section, the absence of cracks, buckling, jamming in the hook cage and the presence of cotter pins or locking of the hook fastening nut in the cage;

the condition of the cargo rope (the number of broken wires at one step of the rope lay should not exceed the established norms);

the operation of the brake of the load lifting mechanism (checked by a load equal to or close to the rated carrying capacity of this machine when it is lifted to a height of 200-300 mm; when stopping at a specified height, the brake must reliably hold the load; when the load slides or sags, the brake must be adjusted or replaced) ;

operation of the hook lifting height limiter (when lifting the hook up, it must stop after pressing the limit switch);

operation of push-button control (all movements must correspond to the inscriptions above the buttons), the absence of jamming of the buttons in the sockets and the state of the visible protective ground (cable).

Note: To work with a manual hoist, you must obtain permission from the person responsible for the good condition of the hoisting machines.

2.8. Cleaning, repairs, inspection of the crane and its parts in operation should be carried out only after it has been stopped and disconnected from the power supply.

2.9. Work near moving parts of machines and mechanisms is allowed after fencing off hazardous areas.

3. Safety requirements during work

3.1. You should only do the work that is entrusted by the administration.

3.2. Cleaning material used in the process of work should be collected in specially installed metal boxes with lids.

3.3. It is not allowed to store flammable materials and oily wipes in the workplace.

3.4. When pressing in or unpressing parts with a sledgehammer and a punch, the latter should be held with pliers or a special grip. The drift must be made of soft material.

3.5. When cutting metal with a chisel, use safety goggles with shatterproof glass or mesh. Protective guards should be installed to protect others.

3.6. When working with a stacker, the other end should be closed with a special case or handle.

3.7. When working with a blowtorch, it is not allowed:

use a flammable liquid not intended for this lamp;

pour fuel into a burning lamp;

pour fuel near an open flame;

pump air into the lamp more than the permissible pressure;

fill more than 3/4 of the lamp capacity with fuel.

If a malfunction is detected (fuel leakage, gas flow through the torch thread, etc.), immediately stop work and replace the blowtorch.

3.8. When working with a power tool, the following requirements must be observed:

work in rubber gloves and dielectric galoshes or on a dielectric mat;

do not connect the power tool to switchgear if there is no reliable plug connection;

protect the wire supplying the power tool from mechanical damage;

do not carry the power tool by the wire, use a handle for this;

do not replace the cutting tool until it stops completely;

turn off the tool during breaks in work or power outage;

do not operate a portable power tool at a height of more than 2.5 m on ladders.

3.9. When conducting periodic inspections hoisting machines, a thorough check of the condition of all mechanisms, cargo ropes, hook suspension, metal structures should be carried out. The results of the inspection and defects found during the inspection should be recorded in the log of periodic inspections of lifting machines.

3.10. When examining the crane mechanisms, you should:

check the corkscrew fastening of the couplings connecting the shafts of electric motors, gearboxes, etc.; if a backlash is detected, eliminate it; when the keys are worn, replace them;

if a loosening of the bolted connection of the halves of the coupling is detected, tighten the loosened nuts; when leather or rubber rings are worn, put new rings at the fingers of elastic couplings;

prevent the longitudinal movement of the worm in the thrust bearing, which causes shocks when starting and stopping the electric motor;

do not allow the outer rings of the ball bearings to rotate into the bearing housing and make sure that the inner fingers sit tightly on the shaft journal;

if a fracture of the tooth of any gear of the lifting mechanism, cracks in the rotating parts of the crane mechanisms (gear wheels, blocks, brake pulley, clutch, etc.) are found, stop the crane until the defective part is changed and inform the foreman about it;

when trying the electric brake, make sure that at least an insignificant power reserve of the electromagnet thrust remains, and also whether the counterweights are firmly attached to the brake levers (if necessary, they should be reinforced with a chain); when the brake rods are weakened, periodically, depending on the wear of the linings, tighten the rods;

if even small cracks or tears are found in the brake band, stop the crane, informing the master about it;

in case of significant wear of the lining at the brake pads, replace the worn out lining;

periodically, at least once a quarter, check the fastening of the equalizing stationary block, as well as the condition of its axis;

make sure that all accessible rotating parts of the lifting machine mechanisms, such as gears, shafts, ratchets, sprockets, keys, etc., are covered with guards of an appropriate design;

monitor the timely lubrication of all crane mechanisms and the absence of grease leaks from bearings and gearboxes;

regularly inspect the crane truss and trolley frame.

3.11. It is allowed to start repairing the crane only with the permission of the responsible person.

3.12. The crane should only be repaired at repair sites. Before starting work, the crane must be de-energized by turning off the main trolley wire breaker and supplying short circuits. In addition, turn off the switch in the crane cab. Prohibiting posters should be hung on the switches: “Do not turn on! People work ”.

3.13. Trial switching on of the crane during the repair and after its completion is allowed only with the permission and in the presence of the person responsible for the repair.

3.14. At the end of the repair or maintenance, it is necessary to make a corresponding entry in the log of periodic inspections of the crane.

3.15. Before installing the grinding wheel on the machine, you must make sure that it has a factory stamp, which must indicate the maximum permissible number of revolutions. It is not allowed to exceed the maximum permissible speed. It is not allowed to work on grinding wheels with cracks or other defects.

3.16. The following precautions should be observed when mounting and attaching the grinding wheel to the spindle:

do not allow blows in a circle;

use clamping discs (flanges) of the same size;

install special spacers with a thickness of at least 1 mm between the clamping discs and the stone;

make sure that the diameter of the hole in the stone is 0.51 mm larger than the diameter of the spindle.

3.17. After installing the grinding wheel, you must:

check the operation of the grinding wheel at idle for 2-3 minutes and make sure that there is no beating of a stone and that the grinding wheel is correctly balanced;

strengthen protective covers;

check that the circle starts rotating smoothly, without jerking.

3.18. The gap between the grinding wheel and the handguard should be no more than 3 mm.

3.19. When working on sharpening machines, it is not allowed:

clean the circle, touch it with your hands;

open the protective covers of the shaft, spindle, pulley, stone;

put on, take off and transfer the belt;

work without protective screen or glasses;

work with the end surfaces of the circle, if it is not intended for this type of work.

3.20. When working, it is necessary to ensure that the circle is triggered evenly. When potholes and ledges form, the wheel should be replaced.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.2. An electrician belongs to the category of workers.

1.3. An electrician is appointed and dismissed by the order of the director of the organization on the proposal of a senior electrician.

1.5. An electrician in his activities is guided by:

- technical normative legal acts, other guiding materials regulating the performance of work entrusted to an electrician;

Electrician:

3.1. Contains electrical lifting mechanisms (including lifting machines, containers and crane tracks) in good working order (if the maintenance of the latter is not assigned to other services) by:

- adjustment, repair and regulation of critical, especially complex, experimental schemes of technological equipment, complex electrical circuits automatic lines as well as responsible and experimental electrical lifting mechanisms;

- checking the accuracy classes of instrument transformers;

- performance of works on repair, installation and dismantling of cable lines in special pipelines filled with oil or gas under pressure;

- complex epoxy terminations in high-voltage cable networks, as well as installation of couplings between copper and aluminum cables;

- complex tests of electric motors of electrical devices and transformers of various capacities after overhaul;

- preparation of repaired electric lifting mechanisms for commissioning.

3.3. Examines the operating conditions of electrical lifting mechanisms, identifies the causes of premature wear, takes measures to prevent and eliminate them.

3.4. Instructs employees who use electric lifting devices on the rules for their operation and measures to prevent work-related injuries.

3.5. Takes part:

- in the elimination of malfunctions of electrical lifting mechanisms, their repair, installation and adjustment, electrical measurements and tests;

- in the development of measures to improve the reliability, quality of work assigned technical means, in the development and modernization of existing electric lifting mechanisms.

3.6. He masters and implements progressive methods of maintenance, repair, installation and other works on electric lifting mechanisms.
