The employees of the exhibition hall are happy to conduct master classes for their visitors. Often exhibition activities hall was discussed and covered in the press and on television. Recently, the exhibition hall has changed its name to Gallery-workshop GROUND "Khodynka".

A new city park will appear in the Khodynka field area. “New area, huge territory. Of course, it must be built up according to all city standards. The main thing is that as a result the territory should be comfortable. Therefore, the residents of the district will have two huge parks: on the one hand, 25 hectares and on the other, a birch grove, about the same area. Moreover, the development of the territory on the Khodynka field, as far as I remember, was agreed with you, ”said Sergei Sobyanin, examining the results of work on the creation of a new green zone. Communicating with residents, he added that it would be one of the best parks in the city.

The townspeople asked the Mayor of Moscow to take into account the historical component when landscaping the territory, so that a reminder would remain in the park that there was an airfield named after M.V. Frunze. “There is a project, let’s refine it together and see that everything is done right there,” said Sergei Sobyanin.

Another proposal from residents is to create an alley of sports glory next to the CSKA metro station. The Mayor of Moscow explained: “Sports figures dedicated to various types sports, for which the CSKA club is famous, will be cast and installed at the station.

The city park with an area of 24.7 hectares will occupy the southern part of the Khodynsky field between Khodynsky Boulevard and the former airstrip. After the liquidation of the airfield and before the start of improvement, this territory consisted of wastelands, construction sites, paved sections of driveways and passages.

When developing the concept of the park, the wishes of local residents were taken into account as much as possible, including the creation of an artificial reservoir; increasing the number of green spaces, as well as planting trees of noble species; changing the configuration of treadmills for people with different physical fitness (some routes were complicated and designed as multi-level); dog walking area.

Conventionally, the future park can be divided into four zones. The first is a promenade, at the beginning of which a central entrance group will be created, and pavilions will be installed on the pedestrian alleys for kids club, trampoline complex, co-working, rental, cafe and open stage. The highlight of the promenade will be a dry fountain of 245 jets (778 square meters).

An apple-tree boulevard with a 1.5-kilometer bike path will appear nearby, bordering the park along the perimeter.

The central segment of the park will, as far as possible, imitate the natural environment and give residents of the surrounding houses the opportunity to escape from the metropolis, temporarily feel like out of the city, in the country or in the forest. To do this, the park will recreate the natural relief with four hills, on which observation platforms will be arranged. The most remarkable object of attraction in this part of the park will be an artificial pond with an island (the area of the pond is 6.3 thousand square meters).

Sports and children's playgrounds will also be equipped there, including the original "Sand Farm" with play equipment in the form of an excavator bucket and "Aviator" with the "Airplane" play complex. There will be hammocks for quiet relaxation, and for pet lovers, a 685-square-meter dog walking area.

The fourth part of the park will be the space surrounding the exit from the CSKA metro station.

In total, 1036 large trees and 30 thousand shrubs will be planted in the new park, 9.5 thousand square meters of flower beds and 95.2 thousand square meters of lawns will be equipped. 327 street lamps will be used for illumination.

Now, on the site of the future park, hills are being built, communications are being laid, a walking area is being formed and footpaths are being planned.

At the same time, the Birch Grove park and the approaches to the CSKA stadium are being put in order in the Khodynka field area. Thus, the total area of improvement reaches 60.7 hectares.

Khodynka field - the territory of dialogue

According to the project of complex renovation and development of the territory on the site of the former Central Airfield named after M.V. Frunze create a comfortable urban area. Large residential complexes, Europe's largest shopping and entertainment center "Aviapark", a secondary school for 700 children and two kindergartens for 250 children each were built on Khodynskoe Pole.

The construction of the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh for 800 parishioners, two hotel and office complexes with apartments is being completed (the first building was commissioned in 2016, the second is planned to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2017).

There are also plans to build a new building. State Center contemporary art and the station "CSKA" of the Third interchange circuit of the metro. The heart of the Khodynka field will be a new city park with an area of 24.7 hectares.

The implementation of the project for the renovation and development of the territory of Khodynskoye Pole is an example of an active and constructive dialogue between the Moscow Government, developers and interested local residents.

At the suggestion of Muscovites, the project was repeatedly amended to increase the level of living comfort. The main ones were the abandonment of development and the creation of a new city park in the southern part of the Khodynka field; a change in the construction site of the temple - instead of a park, it was erected on the former runway of the airfield; creation of a pedestrian Khodynsky boulevard, which was originally designed as a roadway; reduction in the construction of commercial facilities above the CSKA metro station.

Experimental Sound and Multimedia Technologies

SA))_studio is the only studio in Russia that specializes in experimental sound art. The so-called Sound Art. It has existed since 2014 on the basis of the GROUND-KHODYNKA Gallery. The studio was founded by residents of the SoundArtist.ru community - people from the famous Theremin Center of the Moscow Conservatory.

For two years, SA))_studio not only provided large-scale sound art events at the domestic festivals Archstoyanie and Prepared Environments, but also the first ever collective demonstration of the actual Russian sound abroad - at the most important venue in the world of electronic and digital arts - the Ars Electronica festival. The Russian Sound Art Showcase, presented as part of the main exhibition of the venerable festival in 2015, was fully prepared and produced by SA))_studio and has already entered the history of modern technological art.

Every year, SA residents)), their friends and colleagues from different areas of new media invite everyone to study modern technologies electronic (and not only) sound, as well as whole integrative tools of technological art. The SA training course)) is a whole event! So rich and informative curriculum on this topic does not exist not only in Russia, but also in the near abroad. Film and pop sound engineers come into the studio who want to explore sound deeper; electronic and any other musicians who lacked programming skills and work with basic electronic components; digital artists and designers who want to discover sound like new area; just creative people from completely different areas who are interested in learning about sound, understanding how it works now, and learning how to work with it as flexibly and integratively as possible.. even sales managers and doctors come to us for some reason.

The course requires payment for the main classes, but the price is kept quite low, and always a regular program is accompanied by a large number of absolutely open, free activities. So it is important to understand that people who have the opportunity to pay, even with a minimal launch, open up the possibility of access to some of the activities to those who now have worse means.

At regular classes for 4 months, you can get a lot of practical skills and an important theoretical base. But that's not the point. We could do webinars if that was the only purpose. It is important that there is a physical place in which people who are passionate about experimenting with sound and technology gather intensively and regularly. And those who have more experience pass it on to those who have less. Together we create and maintain culture.

Coming to SA))_studio, you will meet the same crazy as you - you will meet friends.

The place in the group is guaranteed after the payment of the course. You can pay for the course in cash at GROUND Khodynka at ul. Irina Levchenko, 2 from 11:00 to 20:00 daily except Monday.

The active activity of the residents of the Grand Park, especially at the time of the election campaign for the post of mayor of Moscow, has borne fruit. A park will still be laid out on the Khodynka field, although its area will not be as large as it was supposed in the initial development project for the area. (
In the middle of summer, Sergei Sobyanin announced that in 2015 a “first-class park” should be created on Khodynka, taking into account the world experience of successful parks in New York, Chicago, London and other European cities. The park, for the development of the concept and project of which has already been announced international competition, will be located on the remaining undeveloped territory of the Khodynka field (about 35 hectares).
The contestants must pay attention to the versatility and diversity of the territory: there will be a metro station and a museum of modern art, a shopping and entertainment center and office buildings, the Ice Palace of Sports nearby. The park should have areas for children's games and sports, as well as for social and cultural events.
The organizer of the competition is the INTECO Group of Companies, the customer is the Moscow Metro, which is building the Khodynskoye Pole station here.
Opening its doors to passengers in 2015, Khodynskoye Pole will become part of the transport hub in the north of Moscow. The stations that will be included in this section of the Third Interchange Circuit (the ring will close by 2018): Nizhnyaya Maslovka, Petrovsky Park, Khodynskoye Pole, Khoroshevskaya, Shelepikha and Delovoy Tsentr.

This diagram shows how the metro line passes to the Khodynskoye Pole station through the territory of the Grand Park residential complex

So far, there is no exact information about whether there will be an Orthodox church in the park. Previously, the temple was supposed to be erected (see the program "200 new churches in Moscow") on the site of a church blown up at the beginning of the 20th century, built for soldiers and officers of the Moscow garrison.
In 2012, the Ministry of Culture announced plans to build the NCCA (State Center for Contemporary Art) building on the territory of Khodynka by 2018, the project of which is selected at an open architectural competition. Representatives of contemporary art hold charity auctions to raise money for its holding.
The Moscow government abandoned the project of placing a giant shopping center Atrium, and although retail and hotel-office space will be built, their volume is significantly reduced.

In 2014, the Avia Park shopping and entertainment center will appear on Khodynka, the project of which was developed by the Callison Architectural Bureau (USA). This firm is one of the largest in the world, specializing in mixed-use commercial real estate. The general contractor for the construction is Renaissance Construction, one of the top 100 international contractors.
Avia Park will offer buyers: 4 floors retail space and 2 floors of parking. More than half of the space has already been leased to leading brands.
The developer of two buildings located on the sides of the shopping and entertainment center on an area of 4 and 5 hectares - office and hotel-office complexes - is INTECO CJSC. Commissioning of these complexes is scheduled for 2016.
I would like to sum up with the words of the Chief Architect of Moscow S. Kuznetsov: "... in this part of the city a full-fledged multifunctional cultural and recreational cluster will be formed, which will make the Khodynka field area one of the most interesting in Moscow."

Scheme of building Khodynka field

1. Park area

2. Office building with apartments

3. Office and hotel building

My home is my castle. You can barricade yourself in it, do not show your nose out and know your neighbors only in the back of the head. But neighbors are an inexhaustible storehouse of information. Who, if not them, will tell you where bread is cheaper, where to go to the cinema and who is the most humane dentist in the world? Grandmothers on benches who knew everything about local life, in the 21st century have become a touching legacy of Moscow history. In their place came regional Internet communities: there you can ask for salt, rent an apartment, and find a dog. Now almost every metropolitan area has its own network "talker", where purely small-town problems are discussed. MK learned:

How did the most popular neighborhood communities appear;

How to find a lost dog, teach a lesson to a negligent nanny or adopt a child using Facebook;

What is fraught with moving the neighborhood online.

A few decades ago, Muscovites picked up the emotional statement of the heroine Liya Akhedzhakova from the film: “People sit in their apartments, watch TV and don’t know the neighbor’s name.” And they use it every time they want to lament that we, they say, have forgotten how to communicate - is it the case before in the villages ... However, this is not so. Now people can easily talk even with unfamiliar interlocutors. True, on the smartphone screen.

This is a kind of revival of the phenomenon of grandmothers on benches. Where did he come from? They appeared in the old sleeping areas even when they were new and settled villagers there, on the site of which the districts were built. But the old way of life did not give up, ”Moscow expert Anton Razmakhnin explained to MK.

However, the tendency to bring "neighborhood" online did not appear yesterday.

The first attempt was made in 2008 with the opening of the site "Where is this house". It was conceived precisely as a portal for neighbors, adds Razmakhnin.

That portal was covered, or rather, turned into a regular real estate site. Simply because it was an impossible task to promote one specific site for the whole of Moscow. And social networks turned out to be an ideal place to unite neighbors.

For example, a few months ago in the group "For Mozhay!" a publication full of indignation appeared: “An intimate store was opened on Tolbukhin Street. I'm not that horrified. I couldn't believe my eyes....” Although there is nothing wrong with the fact that an adult store appeared in itself - well, after all, we are all mature people. Residents are pissed off by a bright pink sign “Intimacy” located on the facade of house No. 12, building 1. The neighborhood is striking - here it’s not even comical combinations of signs like “Intimacy. Pawnshop" or "Intimacy. Dentistry”: on Tolbukhin Street, a sex shop is located near the “Toys” store.

With whom to discuss, if not with neighbors? ..

As sociologists explain, communication around iconic objects can gradually develop into communication on issues not related to them. This phenomenon was noticed back in the 2000s, when the “devirtualization” of those who met on the Web at a thematic forum came into fashion. By starting to discuss Tolkien's books on the Internet, users could easily become friends for life... The same thing happens with neighbors.

The genius of the place

The inhabitants of the Basmanny district, which stretches from the Kitai-Gorod metro station to Elektrozavodskaya, have long been united by their love for monuments, of which there are plenty around - just get out of the entrance ... Local residents who, like the hero of an old film, “prefer to dig into the past ”, are not indifferent to the present - the joint study of the history of the region has dragged on, and meetings have become a tradition.

It all started with a regional public organization“Ecological and cultural association “Sloboda”, which arose in the late 1980s as an initiative of students and schoolchildren to protect the historical heritage of the region. About 30 years have passed, but the activists of that time have remained with us - all together we have united in the community "Society of the German Settlement and its environs", where we continue to discuss the history of the area, - Anna Bernikova, chairman of the organization, told MK. - We often post photos, share memories. Such creative people come to our group that we decided to get to know each other live. The project "Live Journal of the Basmanny District" was born, which was supported by the public relations committee of the Moscow government. We organized an exhibition the best photos District "Basmanny. Terre Ritoria”, shot the film “Inhabitants”, where community members tell their stories about our area, with the help of local historians, developed 12 audio guides dedicated to the history of the old Pokrovskaya road.

For those who prefer to be interested in the present, another community has been created: “Basmanny Okrug is our district!”, Where you can publish everyday announcements about lost wallets and the search for a pediatrician. Do not mix and do not shake: local history is separate, life is separate! However, sometimes they are no-no yes and are combined together.

Once I met on the street with a girl with whom we knew each other on the basis of having many children. But the children grew up, and we found a common interest in local history. We decided to hold meetings for people who live in the area, to tell stories about houses and streets. Every second Saturday of the month we meet, invite lecturers and discuss our own stories. It captures, and after that many begin to communicate and make friends, - added Bernikova.

Residents of not only Basmanny, but also the Krasnoselsky district or Lefortovo can participate - there is no “visa entry” here. In contrast to, for example, Troparev-Nikulin, where, as the sociologist Pyotr Ivanov said, a real split has recently occurred - just Troparevo against Nikulin.

The agenda of the district level began to appear in people's minds in the early 1990s, and then the question arose: who are "we"? In order to get "we", opposition is often needed - some "they" are needed. This is where the split happened. Residents of the old Troparevo, former university workers, gathered in the Troparevo-Nikulino - Neighbors group, where the "intelligent" part of the district communicates. And the group "Troparevo-Nikulino for Everyone" was created by people who settled in the 2000s, who bought their own housing, more often in Nikulin's part. The split was rather stylistic - people literally got used to talking differently, expressing their thoughts in different ways. The Troparevskys talked too much and tediously, and the Nikulins were too harsh - that's the basis for budding. True, now they are already trying to find a common language, - Ivanov explained.

According to experts, such a tendency - to be friends with neighbors and be wary of strangers - can lead to the fact that over time Moscow will again "break up" into villages, into the very Chertanovo and Medvedkovo from which it was once created. Even if it happens only in the minds of Muscovites.

"So Nicholas II appeared"

However, the main thing is still not Medvedkov's campaigns against Bibirev's, but mutual assistance.

"Why do you need that? - people are perplexed when they hear that the interlocutor is going to take a bag of children's clothes accumulated over several years to an unfamiliar woman on a neighboring street, although one could simply throw away unnecessary junk. “Is there nothing else to do?”

Of course, in last years"meaningful consumption" has become a fashion trend, however, not everyone finds the strength to overcome their own laziness for the sake of strangers.

"Hi all! Does anyone need Madagascar cockroaches?) In plastic terra, with driftwood, soil. Eight pieces and many small ones. They are multiplying."

Dozens of such cries for help appear every day in a group with the intricately titled Airport/Sokol Da Neighborhood. This is the pride of the inhabitants of the north of the capital. Almost 18 thousand participants - many times more than in any other regional community.

The location from the River Station to Belorusskaya and the impressive size of the group make it either a market or a shop on the couch. There are dozens of examples of rescued cats or attached dogs. There is also a more exciting story that begins intriguingly: “We found a crab in an oyster in a local beer shop.”

They named the crab Kolyan, so throwing it out is no longer an option, ”Victor Zavitaev wrote in the group. - Kolya flew to us from distant Japan, so there is a chance that something like a Godzilla will grow out of him. Maybe someone has been or is breeding such crustaceans? Advise in what to grow, where to store, so as not to bury?

The fate of Nikolai excited the members of the group. As Victor said, there were experts on keeping crustaceans who wanted to attach a crab and were simply not indifferent, who provided moral support. But the life of a crab was short: Kolyan could not stand moving to a new owner. The group did not report this, Victor did not upset the caring people.

However, the person who decided to take Kolya the crab to a living corner of the school did not end up empty-handed. With the help of the organizer of oyster Thursdays, another crab was found in the district bar, also in an oyster. This is how Nicholas II appeared.

In early April, the crab was transferred to the aquarium prepared for the first Nikolai.

Another story warms the hearts of all Airport/Falcon neighbors. Her characters wished to remain anonymous.

On March 16, 2015, a child's cry was heard in one of the houses on Perovskaya Street. Little Martha screamed - she was only 1.5 months old when her mother simply left the girl in the entrance of someone else's house. The child was brought to the hospital, and on March 25, an entry appeared in the group: “My sister works in the department at the hospital where this child is now. She was examined by various doctors, medical research was done. The girl is completely healthy! Grimacing, very nice, I saw the photo. It is not known what motivated the adults who so disposed of her future, but maybe one of you thinks about a foster child or knows such people. Suddenly, her future parents are among us.”

Since she was very tiny, then her only way then was to the baby house, ”the same sister who works as a doctor told MK. - We decided to try to find her parents - through acquaintances, through guardianship. They put up an ad in the group - suddenly a miracle happens.

While Martha was looking for her mother, one of the members of the group was looking for a child - she even went through a foster parent school. She saw the message, came to Martha and saw her daughter in a foundling.

The next step is bureaucracy. The woman completed all the documents, and now the girl is officially an adopted child. But everything could have turned out differently: the girl has an Asian appearance, and not all parents would agree to take her. Now she is a happy and beloved child. She is already two years old, and she does not leave her mother.

In April, Airport/Sokol Da Neighborhood turned seven years old. To celebrate an important date, though not round, two hundred neighbors went offline and met in a bar.

A trifle, it would seem, but nice: the members of the Zamoskvorechye Neighbors group are used to helping each other in everything. For example, community administrator Natalya Akulova has a baby, she needs scales.

I can’t afford to keep the scales at home, because I have a small apartment, they simply won’t fit, - says the girl. - And I wrote to the group: “I’m ready to take the scales for babies for an hour and return it with a chocolate bar.” A girl from a neighboring street brought me these scales in a stroller, now we are friends with her.

Natalya herself has repeatedly given everything that is not a pity to good hands: dolls, a stroller, diapers, flower pots. Residents are actively changing discount cards, which can be useful in the area - in a clothing store or an optics store, for example.

When a new stall appears in the area, people immediately go to it, and then immediately post their opinion. We somehow laughed that yogurt from the milk of alpine goats appeared in the store. Where did they get alpine goats from us? ..

One of the area's activists is a magician, according to Natalya, Denis Davydov. He did the almost impossible: he connected the inhabitants of the district with his leadership. In the People's Control group he created, the head of the council instantly responds to the requests and complaints of residents, as a result, the chain of 25 subordinates is reduced to two people and three minutes to respond.

"Our Khodynka": keep track of the negligent nanny

Khoroshevsky district is the smallest in the SAO. High-rise towers, houses the size of a round-the-world liner or a giant hockey puck are surrounded by fences with barriers. It was their residents who became the core around which regional Internet resources arose and developed. Now there are about 6,000 people in the Our Khodynka - Grand Park, Privat Square and Surroundings group, and its number continues to grow.

In a multi-district group, extraterritorial issues are discussed. For example, where good store delicacies - people are ready to go to such places by car. A discussion of some cafe or bakery will be of interest to 5 percent of the participants. Our whole house can go to this bakery, - said Alexander, the founder of the group.

According to him, the group is often and successfully looking for missing things or animals.

Loss in more than 50% of cases is within a day or two. After all, two hundred people sit in a group from one yard at once, the density is high, - he added.

One of the most sensational stories developed thanks to the Nasha Khodynka group is about a nanny who beat a child. A woman walking nearby noticed on the street how a nanny beats a baby sitting in a stroller. I wanted to photograph the scene, find out who the parents are. But the unfortunate governess began chasing the witness and trying to take away the smartphone. However, they managed to make a couple of shots, they ended up in the district group with the caption: “Parents, respond! Your nanny beats your child."

After looking at the photos taken by the girl, I realized that the action took place near our yard and should have been in the field of view of some video cameras. Indeed, we managed to find a record of the chase. I posted this video in the group to dispel all doubts about the veracity of the story. The parents of the child were found - it turned out that they had been in our group for a long time.

Not online alone

It is easier to search for the loss of the whole world. The Zyuzin Headquarters group was originally created as a political tool, but gradually turned into a comfortable community - cozy, like the green area itself in the south-west of Moscow.

Once my grandmother found a social card and a medical policy of some woman on the boulevard. She lives in the area recently - she does not know her neighbors, especially from other houses. The simplest thing that came to mind was to publish photos of documents in the district group on the social network. The people immediately became more active, gave a bunch of links, as a result, we managed to find the phone of this lady and even her address. Grandmother on the same day went and took the card, - said one of the residents of the area.

Although, strictly speaking, the "simplest" solution that came to mind was not the most correct - you need to look for the owner of a lost social card not online, but through a special " hotline". Even faster. But that's just a formality...

It would seem that the neighborhood settled down comfortably online, taking new form. Why run to a neighbor for salt if you can open a group and press a couple of keys? It is more convenient, it is more effective than the previous methods: you cannot run around the whole house in search of a rare seasoning. But the whole house can sit in the same group as you.

True, this can turn into a trap - there is a risk of outwitting yourself.

When the task is to find a runaway dog or get advice on the best in the area kindergarten, the desire to reach a large audience is absolutely justified. However, experts, like Muscovites, note: recent times social networks have become perceived as a lifesaver for any occasion. And the first action modern man who got into an incomprehensible situation - write to the social network, and only then think about how you could figure it out faster.

“Friends, we urgently need a battery to start the car. Who can come to help, write in a personal! - Elena published a cry for help one cold March morning. It would seem, as it has always been customary to solve the problem of "lighting up" cars? Go out into the yard, wait for the first neighbor-driver to come down and ask for a light. You shouldn't be afraid of refusal - it's not worth it according to the laws of automotive ethics ... Nevertheless, modern Muscovites trust Facebook more, even if the same neighbors have gathered there.

AT Soviet time there was solid good neighborliness, they buried the whole yard and celebrated weddings in the same way, they ran to a neighbor for salt. Supporters of this idea are guided by nostalgia, they want to return to the same place. But there are also opponents: those who see the value precisely in the fact that in big city you can remain anonymous, - explained the sociologist, an expert in the field of urban studies Petr Ivanov. - Therefore, it is important to find the boundary between offline and online, which will be comfortable for each person. Active use social networks- this is a normal element of the so-called smart city, which allows you to quickly assemble a forum and discuss the problem. The digital versions are only slightly faster than the traditional analog ones.
