Description

DSK "Ranis" is an elite village in the Odintsovo district, 24 km from the capital along the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. It belongs to the well-known starodachny places of the Moscow region, where famous workers of science and art rested.

Now the village consists of 250 households, made in the classical style. Each cottage features unique details that set it apart from its peers in luxury and comfort.

The settlement is located on the left bank of the Moskva River. It has existed for several decades, but the history of this place is lost in the mists of time. Outstanding Soviet figures received dachas in the settlement: academician Alexei Bakh, revolutionary Vladimir Komarov, economist Konstantin Ostrovityanov, polar explorer Otto Schmidt, Nobel laureate academician Pyotr Kapitsa.

Spent at the dacha last years the life of the composer Sergei Prokofiev. Due to illness, he rarely visited the capital, but spoke very warmly about his existence in a comfortable home.

In the Odintsovsky district of the Moscow region, a situation has developed that requires federal authorities immediate intervention.

Protected forests as a result of criminal machinations with the participation of district officials are removed from state ownership and for nothing (the state does not receive tens of billions of rubles) is given for the construction of elite cottage settlements.

The land near Moscow is becoming more expensive every day, and Odintsovskii district- the most attractive for lovers of easy money: the famous "Rublevka" - Rublevskoye Highway, passes through its territory, the cost of a "weave" along which can already reach 100 thousand dollars.

The business is simple: to steal land from the state and ordinary summer residents through deceit and abuse of trust, to “launder” a dubious scam through a chain of fictitious resales and then sell it to the developer at market value. The developer, who laid out his hard-earned money, will not be sentimental about cutting down centuries-old trees and take care of the “lungs” of Moscow.

As a result, Moscow is losing its "green belt", the state is suffering multibillion-dollar damage, ordinary citizens are suffering, deceived by "investors" - the invaders.

Gross violation legislation, the use of nominees, commercial bribery and corruption, with active participation in the machinations of district officials and overt cover-up by some judges of the Odintsovo District Court and the Moscow Regional Court - the invaders do not shun anything. Another scandal, which may well turn into a criminal one, is taking place in the oldest holiday village on Nikolina Gora.

There is a dacha cooperative "Workers of Science and Art" (DPK "RANIS"), created back in 1925. Plots in it belonged to famous scientists, artists, musicians, directors.

In 2003, between the DPK RANIS and the "investor" - LLC KELT, which is headed by the head of the shoe holding "Tervolina" Vadim Stepanov, a so-called investment agreement was signed, during which the public land of the DPK RANIS was to be privatized in exchange for a dubious transfer of land to the Investor.

We believe that the agreement is completely contrary to the norms current legislation. Nevertheless, the Odintsovo administration and judicial authorities regarded this document as a proper basis for terminating the right to use more than 20 hectares indefinitely. land and changes in its purpose.

After the conclusion of the contract with RANIS, by the decision of the leadership of the Odintsovo district, for some reason, 20 hectares of protected forest lands bordering the cooperative are cut, from which someone on behalf of the cooperative immediately refuses in favor of the state. Such is the castling, the meaning of which remained unclear until the consequences became known. Further, the leadership of the Odintsovo district cuts this land into plots and distributes it allegedly to those on the waiting list and beneficiaries, who “for some reason” turn out to be either employees of firms controlled by Stepanov, or members of his family, or military personnel located in the neighborhood. All these citizens, having received the land, immediately transfer it for a nominal fee to the ownership of structures controlled by Stepanov.

As a result, more than 20 hectares of forest land were illegally withdrawn from the state forest fund, - we are convinced - actually stolen - a total market value about 15 billion rubles.

Despite numerous appeals from members of the DPK "RANIS" to sort out the current situation and stop lawlessness, representatives of the authorities of the Odintsovo district not only turn a blind eye to what is happening, but also actively oppose attempts to restore law and justice. Unfortunately, representatives of the "third power" - the Odintsovo District Court and the Moscow Regional Court, play a sad role in this, "stamping" refusals in a conveyor way to both the indignant Nikologorsk residents and other robbed summer residents of the region.

At the same time, as a result of inspections carried out by Rosprirodnadzor based on the statements of RANIS members, it was found that the administration of the Odintsovo district illegally changed the designation of more than 20 hectares of forest land, and abuses and actual forgery were also revealed. The relevant materials have already been sent to the prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

We ask you to intervene! Stop lawlessness in the Moscow region: skip the machinations in RANIS - once and for all give the invaders of the Moscow region land a license for criminal lawlessness. As a result, ordinary Muscovites (not new Russians who can buy a cottage for $3 million) will have no summer cottages, and we will all lose the lungs of our city.

The holiday village of Nikolina Gora, located on the high left bank of the Moskva River, despite the fact that it has existed for only a few decades, has enough ancient history. For a long time there was a graveyard here, where the Zvenigorod princes collected tribute and duties from the surrounding population. Later, a small monastery of St. Nicholas on the Sand. For the first time in surviving sources it is mentioned in 1473 in the charter of Prince Andrei Vasilyevich, according to which it was transferred to the ownership of the metropolitan department, which owned the neighboring village of Aksininsky. Peasant households later appeared around the monastery and a small village of Nikolskoye on the Sand was formed. In 1618, a solemn meeting took place here for Metropolitan (later Patriarch) Filaret, the father of Tsar Mikhail Romanov, who was returning to his homeland after many years of Polish captivity. Judging by the description of 1624, there were five courtyards in the village.

By the middle of the XVII century. the monastery ceases to exist. Throne of St. Nikola is transferred to Aksinino, to the local parish church. A century later, only a pile of overgrown stones and 40 acres of land that belonged to the Aksinya church reminded of the monastery.

In 1922-1925. here, in the middle of a huge pine forest, the construction of the village of the RANIS dacha-building cooperative (employees of the Academy of Sciences and Arts) begins. But the official name, although it still exists, has not taken root, and the village is better known under the name "Nikolina Gora".

In the pre-war and early post-war years, Academicians Aleksei Nikolaevich Bach, biochemist and revolutionary, Vladimir Leontievich Komarov, botanist, president of the Academy of Sciences, economist Konstantin Vasilyevich Ostrovityanov, prominent polar explorer Otto Yulievich Schmidt, biologist Vladimir Alekseevich Engelhardt, physicist and Nobel laureate Pyotr Leonidovich Kapitsa lived here , the first People's Commissar of Health of the RSFSR Nikolai Alexandrovich Semashko, agricultural economist Alexander Vasilyevich Chayanov.

At the dacha in Nikolina Gora, the famous writer and publicist Vikenty Vikentievich Veresaev spent the last twenty years of his life in the summer months. There were also dachas of the writers Alexei Silych Novikov-Priboy, Fyodor Ivanovich Panferov (and his wife, the writer Antonina Dmitrievna Koptyaeva), Sergei Vladimirovich Mikhalkov.

Since the summer of 1934, the famous actor of the Moscow Art Theater Vasily Ivanovich Kachalov lived in Nikolina Gora. At first he used the dacha relatively little. But gradually, especially after the war, he became very attached to her. Nearby, in one of the neighboring dachas, the singer Antonina Vasilievna Nezhdanova and her husband, the conductor, lived for a long time. Bolshoi Theater Nikolai Semyonovich Golovanov.

The outstanding composer Sergei Sergeevich Prokofiev spent the last eight years of his life here. Due to his illness, Prokofiev rarely visited Moscow. From 1946 to 1950, he lived permanently in Nikolina Gora, and then, until his death, went to the dacha in early spring. Here he often visited famous figures of art and culture.

In recent years, Nikolina Gora has been turning into a "closed" holiday village with rich mansions surrounded by solid fences. According to the 1989 census, only 10 permanent residents were recorded here.
