1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. The installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures is a worker and reports directly to the foreman (site manager, foreman, head of another structural unit).

methods and techniques for installing reinforcing and armor meshes in reactors;

ways of scaffolding during the installation of structures;

basic requirements for the quality of mounted structures;

1.5. An installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures is appointed and dismissed by order of the head of the institution in accordance with current legislation RF.

1.6. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, theoretical and hands-on training, testing of knowledge of labor safety requirements in the prescribed manner and received admission to independent work.

1.7. The assembler for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures is provided with overalls and footwear in accordance with the current regulations.

1.8. The installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must know and strictly observe the labor protection requirements, fire safety, industrial sanitation.

1.9. The installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must:

comply with the internal labor regulations and the established work and rest schedule;

2. OBLIGATIONS

Before starting work, an installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must:

2.1. Put on overalls, safety footwear and a standard helmet.

2.2. Prepare the necessary personal protective equipment, including: a safety belt and a safety rope - when performing climbing work; safety glasses - when punching holes in reinforced concrete structures.

2.3. Check the availability and serviceability of technological equipment and tools.

2.4. Make sure that there are no defects in the elements of building structures intended for installation.

2.5. Check the illumination of the workplace.

2.6. During work, an installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures is obliged to:

use personal protective equipment;

use a bag or hand box to carry and store the tool;

be on previously installed and securely fixed structures or paving means;

use equipped access systems for the passage (stairs, ladders, bridges);

work on ceilings, coatings at a height of more than 1.3 m and at a distance of less than 2 m from the border of the height difference, if there are fences; in the absence of fencing of workplaces at a height, use safety belts complete with a safety device;

2.7. The installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures is prohibited during work:

use hanging ladders and random scaffolding (barrels, boxes);

use damaged or faulty tools that have potholes, chips of working ends, sharp edges in the places of clamping by hand, bevels of the working surface, cracks;

crossing over the installed elements and structures that do not have fences;

to carry out work without the use of personal protective equipment;

to carry out installation work in unlit places;

use lifting mechanisms for lifting and lowering people, work from loose structures and from scaffolds mounted on these structures;

interconnect adjacent sections of scaffolding and cradles using transitional decks (ladders);
