Our task was not easy to organize and hold the anniversary, but to surprise all the guests with emotional direction, since our hero of the day had already visited his friends' anniversaries.

I wanted to really plunge into another world, close to the hero of the day and all his guests.
Having studied all the necessary information (where they were and what they saw earlier at such events), it was decided to plunge into the style of the USSR in the 70-80s. The hero of the day gladly supported the idea, and we started to develop the concept.

Slowly but surely the day of the jubilee was approaching. All details have been agreed and installation will begin very soon.

For two days we brought, unloaded, assembled, rehearsed and checked the settings of all equipment.

It was committed:

• more than 100 calls to partners;
• more than 15 calls to other cities of Russia (St. Petersburg, Moscow, Rostov);
• more than 20 visits and meetings;

Used:

• three transport companies for the delivery of goods;
• over a ton of materials for decoration;
• more than 500m of wires and extension cords;

It was involved:

• about 50 people on the project;
• the entire team of the Agency;
• five days of shooting.

And then the moment came when the presenter came on the stage, announced the beginning of our ceremonial meeting of the party meeting.

Dinner, toast and, of course, live music. Real retro light bulbs and atmosphere Soviet Union did not leave anyone indifferent. The hits that sounded in the USSR again filled the whole hall with their well-known melodies.

Each event has its own feature - the so-called highlight of the evening.

In our case, such a highlight was a real Buffet. At the beginning of the evening and for some time, he was hidden from the eyes of the guests. But the presenter has repeatedly announced that the opening will take place very soon. The buffet did not shine with an abundance of products, but contained the very scarce goods for which huge queues lined up.

How do you buy the deficit you want? To do this, it was necessary to earn Soviet rubles by their own activity (toast, dance, participation in an entertainment program ...).

Everyone was waiting for the opening of the buffet, but especially our wonderful colorful barmaid Masha was waiting for him.

It was unforgettable, such queues were only in the USSR. Of course, everything went on peacefully, because a team of Super Attendants was at the post.

The buffet was only open for a limited time. It opened and closed several times during the evening in order to leave the opportunity for guests to save up money and watch the performances of the artists.

Having got the desired product in the buffet, the guests enjoyed watching the news release, videos of surprises for the hero of the day and from himself; dined on the Soviet menu (Olivier, aspic, cabbage rolls and much more) and, of course, danced.
