Take Tinkoff Bank. They promise 6% on the balance (simple tariff). If you look into the details, it turns out that a maximum of 3,000 r is charged per month.. That is, if you had a million in your account, then at a rate of 6% per annum you should be credited with approximately 4,600 rubles, but you will receive only 3,000 rubles.

But that's not the worst. Interest is charged on the minimum monthly balance. Let's say you have 600,000 rubles in your account for almost the entire month.
