1. Hot clinker conveyor of the 3rd category belongs to the category of workers.

2. A person with an average professional education or initial vocational education and special training and work experience of at least one year.

3. The transporter of hot clinker of the 3rd category is hired and dismissed by the director of the organization on presentation (position).

4. Hot clinker conveyor of the 3rd category must know:

a) special (professional) knowledge of the position:

The device and principle of operation of clinker conveyors;

Characteristics of the transported material;

Alarm and blocking system;

Maps of lubrication of mechanisms, grades and properties of lubricants;

b) general knowledge of the employee of the organization:

Rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection,

Rules for the use of personal protective equipment;

Requirements for the quality of work (services) performed, for the rational organization of labor in the workplace;

Types of marriage and ways to prevent and eliminate it;

Production alarm.

5. In its activities, the transporter of hot clinker of the 3rd category is guided by:

RF legislation,

the charter of the organization,

Orders and instructions of the director of the organization,

6. The conveyor of hot clinker of the 3rd category reports directly to a worker with a higher qualification, the head of production (site, workshop) and the director of the organization

7. During the absence of a transporter of hot clinker of the 3rd category (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by the director of the organization upon submission in the prescribed manner, who acquires the relevant rights, duties and is responsible for the execution of the duties assigned to him responsibilities.

II. Job Responsibilities

The duties of a hot clinker conveyor of the 3rd category are:

a) Special (professional) official duties:

Maintenance of hot clinker conveyors with a total capacity of up to 70 t/h.

Lubrication of the drive mechanism and rollers.

Spill cleaning.

Prevention and elimination of malfunctions in the operation of serviced equipment.

b) General duties of an employee of the organization:

Compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and other local regulations of the organization, internal rules and norms of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

Execution within employment contract orders of employees to which it is repaired in accordance with this instruction.

Performing work on the acceptance and delivery of shifts, cleaning and washing, disinfection of serviced equipment and communications, cleaning the workplace, fixtures, tools, as well as keeping them in proper condition.

General safety requirements

1. Persons not younger than 18 years of age, recognized as fit for this work, are allowed to work as a transporter medical board who have been trained in curriculum transporter, having a certificate for the right to perform this work.
2. A transporter entering a job must undergo an introductory briefing on safe labor methods and techniques, environmental requirements, as well as an initial briefing at the workplace, about which appropriate entries must be made in the journals with the obligatory signatures of the instructed and instructing.
3. Initial briefing at the workplace is carried out with each transporter individually with practical training safe working methods and practices.
4. All transporters, after initial briefing at the workplace and testing of knowledge during the first 3-5 shifts (depending on length of service, experience and nature of work) perform work under the supervision of a foreman or foreman, after which their admission to independent work. Admission to independent work is fixed by the date and signature of the instructing person in the briefing log.
5. Repeated briefing with the transporter must be carried out at least every 3 months. Periodic testing of knowledge on labor safety should be carried out once every 12 months.
6. When changing the rules on labor protection, technological process, replacement or modernization of equipment, fixtures, tools, violation of existing norms and rules on labor protection, which led or may lead to injury, accident, fire, during interruptions in work for more than 30 calendar days, at the request of the supervisory authorities, an unscheduled briefing is carried out.
A corresponding entry is made in the briefing registration log at the workplace with the obligatory signature of the instructed and instructing about the repeated and unscheduled briefing.
When registering an unscheduled briefing, the reason that caused it to be held is indicated.
7. The knowledge gained during the briefing is checked by the employee who conducted the briefing.
8. A transporter who has received instruction and has shown unsatisfactory knowledge is not allowed to work. He must re-instruct.
9. The transporter must have the II qualification group for safety. The qualification group must be confirmed annually in the prescribed manner.
10. The conveyor must know the principle of operation and arrangement of transport mechanisms, the technology of work, the manufacturer's instructions for the operation of conveyors, labor protection instructions, the internal regulations for organizing the work of employees of the crushing and screening plant, the requirements for the implementation of work and rest regimes.
11. The workplace - the observation cabin, the working service area - the system of transport mechanisms must meet the regulatory requirements for labor safety.
12. The main harmful production factors affecting the conveyor are dust and noise.
The normative indicators of these factors should not exceed:
- dust content - 10 mg / cu. m (for quartz dust - 2 mg/cu. m, with a quartz content of more than 10%);
- noise - 65 - 70 dBA.
Means of protection against harmful factors arising from the operation of conveyors and related units are from:
- dust - irrigation with water, aspiration;
- noise - installation of casings, soundproof booths;
- dust and noise - personal protective equipment.
13. At the workplace of the transporter must be:
- the necessary tools and equipment (a metalwork hammer, a sledgehammer, a metalworking chisel, wrenches, metalworking screwdrivers, combined pliers, end cutters, crowbar, shovel, scrapers for cleaning spillage, a broom and a broom);
- lubricating equipment (standard screw syringe, grease storage container, canister, funnel, box for rags);
- fire-fighting equipment (box for sand, fire extinguishers OU-2, OKHVTs-10, bucket, shovel, ax, hook, etc.);
- communication (telephone, sound and light signaling console);
- individual protection means;
- first aid equipment for victims (first aid kit);
- personal hygiene accessories (towel, soap, washstand, locker for overalls, footwear and personal protective equipment);
- drinking boiled water;
- sufficient lighting (50 - 100 lux);
- technical and production documentation (flow chart, manufacturer's instructions (extract) for the operation of the conveyor installation, labor protection instructions, instructions for first aid, fire protection, environmental requirements, work and rest schedule).
14. The transporter must work in overalls, safety shoes and personal protective equipment established by the standards (jacket and trousers with insulated lining, work overalls, felted boots with rubber bottoms, dielectric rubber gloves and special mittens, hard hat "Labor", dust-proof goggles, respirator " Petal", earmuffs, rubber foot mats).
15. The transporter is obliged to know the meaning of the sound and light alarms installed on the crushing and screening plants, as well as the signals used in the production of blasting.
16. In case of violation of safety requirements by other employees, the transporter is obliged to take possible measures to prevent and eliminate the danger and report this to the foreman or foreman.
17. Conveyor equipment must be properly grounded.
18. When conducting the process of transporting materials, the presence of unauthorized persons in the working area is prohibited.
19. When conveyors are located in inclined galleries (overpasses), remote switches or gap plugs must be installed for the entire length every 10 m.
20. When operating belt conveyors in conditions where its entire length is not visible from the launch site, a two-way sound and light alarm must be installed. Direct signaling is allowed when the conveyor is viewed from the launch site for its entire length.
21. The supply of materials to the conveyor belt must be carried out through a hopper, funnel or using a mobile conveyor.
22. When loading the conveyor from the bunker, the bunker gate control must be located so that the operator is at least 1.0 m away from the material coming from the bunker.
23. Bunkers located at ground (floor) level must have a fence on three sides with a height of at least 1.1 m from boards 20 mm thick, and on the loading side - side timber.
24. When manually loading the bunker, its height should not exceed 1.0 - 1.2 m.
25. Tension and drive drums of conveyors must be protected so that the belt is closed at a distance of at least 1.0 m from the axis of the drum. To clean the drum and belt from adhering materials, mechanical cleaners must be installed.
26. The admission of transporters in a state of intoxication to the workplace is prohibited. Transporters on duty official duties in a state of intoxication, are immediately suspended from work and subject to strict liability in accordance with applicable law.
27. The transporter is obliged to maintain workplace and service area clean and tidy. There must be no foreign objects, materials, etc. on the conveyor section.
28. For non-compliance with the requirements of the instructions for labor protection, developed on the basis of this Model Instruction, the transporter is responsible in accordance with the internal labor regulations and current legislation about labor protection.

Safety requirements before starting work

29. Before starting work, the transporter must:
- put on overalls and safety shoes, prepare personal protective equipment, check their serviceability;
- familiarize yourself with the working conditions of the previous shift;
- receive precise and specific instructions at the workplace from the foreman (foreman) on the task, safe working practices and methods, familiarize yourself with technological map production of works.
Verify:
- serviceability telephone connection, lighting;
- availability and serviceability of a set of tools and accessories;
- availability of fire extinguishing equipment and first aid;
- availability of necessary lubricants.
30. Before starting the transport mechanisms, the conveyor is obliged to check:
- condition of rollers, conveyor belt, drive and tension stations of trays and chutes, reliability of fastening of bolted connections;
- serviceability of guards of couplings and open gears of the drive, drive and end drums, weights of the tensioner;
- serviceability of barriers of transitional bridges with railings through the conveyor, safety nets (peaks) in places where people cross under the conveyor;
- availability and serviceability of rope switches, as well as braking devices of inclined conveyors;
- serviceability of starting systems, sound and light signaling;
- the state of sealing of shelters of dusty points and places, hydraulic supply systems;
- absence of tools and foreign objects on the conveyor;
- condition of the conveyor belt, its tension for normal operation friction drive, the correctness of its movement (stroke) along the entire length both at idle and under load;
- stability of the conveyor, transverse horizontality (transverse slope of the conveyor is not allowed);
- serviceability of support rollers;
- availability and integrity of grounding by external inspection.
31. The transporter is obliged to inform the foreman about all the shortcomings and malfunctions found during the check and inspection and not to start work until they are eliminated.

Safety requirements during work

32. The conveyor must be started by the conveyor within 1-2 minutes after the set signals are given that the mechanisms adjacent to it are ready for launch.
33. The start-up warning signals should only be given with the permission of the shift foreman.
Any incomprehensible signal should be perceived as a signal "Stop!".
34. After starting, the conveyor must check the operation of the conveyor at idle, while the belt should not slip to one side, have distortions, have sagging sections and touch certain parts of the conveyor structure when moving. The tension of the conveyor belt is determined by the traction capacity of the friction drive, the deflection of the sagging sections, and dynamic loads.
35. Before starting the technological process, the transporter must put on protective personal protective equipment.
36. When conducting the technological process, the conveyor is obliged:
- maintain and ensure the uninterrupted operation of the conveyors of the working area;
- regulate the uniform flow and distribution of material on the belt;
- ensure timely supply of materials to production;
- have constant communication with adjacent areas.
37. During the operation of the conveyor, the conveyor is prohibited from:
- lubricate and fasten bolts, replace rollers;
- tension or loosen the conveyor belt and eliminate slippage by throwing clay, sand or other materials between the belt and the drum, hold and correct the belt or supporting rollers with any random devices or objects (pipe cuts, crowbars, metal rods, etc.);
- install or remove fences;
- clean the conveyor belt, chutes, rollers and other moving parts;
- to overfill the unloading areas in excess of the normal volume;
- to clean the spillage manually;
- carry out any repairs;
- leave a running conveyor unattended and leave the workplace without the permission of the foreman or foreman.
All these works are allowed to be carried out only after the conveyor has been completely stopped, with the engine disconnected from the mains, the fuses removed by the electrician or the starter break plugs removed, the alarm turned on and the prohibiting inscription "Do not turn on - people are working!" is installed on the starter. Adjacent units must also be turned off.
38. All preventive and repair work is carried out only in the presence of the master.
39. Tools used in the production of repair work, safety devices and all other protective equipment must be in deadlines examined and tested in accordance with the current rules and regulations, have a stamp indicating the serial number, date of the next test.
It is forbidden to use faulty devices, means of protection, as well as devices with expired testing and examination dates.
40. Before starting repair work, the safety devices must be inspected by the conveyor using these devices.
41. When performing repair work at a height of 1.3 m or more from the ground or ceiling without fences, the transporter must use serviceable protective equipment.
The use of wooden ladders longer than 5 m is prohibited.
42. When rubber-fabric tapes of the RTL type break, in order to obtain high strength, the connection of the ends of the tape must be carried out by hot vulcanization with cutting the ends of the rubber-fabric and cable tapes.
43. When preparing rubber-fabric tapes for connecting the ends by vulcanization, stepwise oblique cutting at an angle of 20 degrees should be used. along the gaskets, and for the rubber cable - a two-stage layout of the cords of each end of the tape.
44. The mechanical connection of conveyor belts is allowed only for discontinuous conveyors.
45. After inspection or completion of repair work, the transporter is obliged to remove all tools, spare parts and other foreign objects from the conveyor.
46. ​​The conveyor installation must be put into operation after repair only with the permission and in the presence of the foreman (mechanic).

Safety requirements in emergency situations

47. In the event of a conveyor malfunction (breakage of traction devices, breakage, slippage, skew or slip of the belt to the side, jamming of pieces of material between the unloading tray and the carrier element, detection of metal or other foreign objects, etc.), it is necessary to give emergency light and sound signals and turn off the conveyor system.
Inform the foreman about the reasons for stopping the conveyor installation and do not start the start until the malfunction is eliminated.
48. In case of accidents, give emergency stop signals, stop the conveyor and start providing first aid to the victim.
49. Start the conveyor after an emergency stop only after the permission of the foreman or mechanic in the prescribed manner.

Safety requirements at the end of work

50. After receiving a general signal about the end of the work of the crushing and screening plant, the conveyor must:
- give the established light and sound signals about the end of the acceptance of materials and the end of work;
- complete the transportation of the material on the conveyors;
- stop the conveyor installation;
- inspect all nodes of the conveyor installation, check the serviceability of the belt. Faults identified during the inspection should be eliminated, and if it is impossible to eliminate them on their own, report this to the master. After cleaning, inspection and troubleshooting, it is necessary to lubricate all components of the conveyor installation;
- tidy up the workplace;
- remove spills of material, large and frozen masses, unnecessary devices and foreign objects;
- remove tool special place in the cockpit;
- check and put in order personal protective equipment, overalls and safety shoes;
- take a shower or wash your face and hands with warm water and soap;
- report to the foreman about the completion of work and the operation of the conveyor during the shift.
51. When shift work crushing and screening plant to transfer the shift to the shifter, inform him about the operation of the conveyor, the material entering the conveyor, the records in the log of the conveyor plant, possible cases of occurrence emergency, violations of labor protection and measures taken.
The delivery and acceptance of a shift should be carried out in the presence of a foreman or foreman.

39. The tools, safety devices and all other means of protection used in the production of repair work must be examined and tested within the established time limits in accordance with the current rules and regulations, have a stamp indicating the serial number, date of the next test.
It is forbidden to use faulty devices, means of protection, as well as devices with expired testing and examination dates.
40. Before starting repair work, the safety devices must be inspected by the conveyor using these devices.
41. When performing repair work at a height of 1.3 m or more from the ground or ceiling without fences, the transporter must use serviceable protective equipment.
The use of wooden ladders longer than 5 m is prohibited.
42. When rubber-fabric tapes of the RTL type break, in order to obtain high strength, the connection of the ends of the tape must be carried out by hot vulcanization with cutting the ends of the rubber-fabric and cable tapes.
43. When preparing rubber-fabric tapes for connecting the ends by vulcanization, stepwise oblique cutting at an angle of 20 degrees should be used. along the gaskets, and for the rubber cable - a two-stage layout of the cords of each end of the tape.
44. The mechanical connection of conveyor belts is allowed only for discontinuous conveyors.
45. After inspection or completion of repair work, the transporter is obliged to remove all tools, spare parts and other foreign objects from the conveyor.
46. ​​The conveyor installation must be put into operation after repair only with the permission and in the presence of the foreman (mechanic).

Safety requirements in emergency situations

47. In the event of a conveyor malfunction (breakage of traction devices, breakage, slippage, skew or slip of the belt to the side, jamming of pieces of material between the unloading tray and the carrier element, detection of metal or other foreign objects, etc.), it is necessary to give emergency light and sound signals and turn off the conveyor system.
Inform the foreman about the reasons for stopping the conveyor installation and do not start the start until the malfunction is eliminated.
48. In case of accidents, give emergency stop signals, stop the conveyor and start providing first aid to the victim.
49. Start the conveyor after an emergency stop only after the permission of the foreman or mechanic in the prescribed manner.

Safety requirements at the end of work

50. After receiving a general signal about the end of the work of the crushing and screening plant, the conveyor must:
- give the established light and sound signals about the end of the acceptance of materials and the end of work;
- complete the transportation of the material on the conveyors;
- stop the conveyor installation;
- inspect all nodes of the conveyor installation, check the serviceability of the belt. Faults identified during the inspection should be eliminated, and if it is impossible to eliminate them on their own, report this to the master. After cleaning, inspection and troubleshooting, it is necessary to lubricate all components of the conveyor installation;
- tidy up the workplace;
- remove spills of material, large and frozen masses, unnecessary devices and foreign objects;
- remove the tool in a special place in the cab;
- check and put in order personal protective equipment, overalls and safety shoes;
- take a shower or wash your face and hands with warm water and soap;
- report to the foreman about the completion of work and the operation of the conveyor during the shift.
51. During shift operation of the crushing and screening plant, transfer the shift to the shifter, inform him about the operation of the conveyor, the material entering the conveyor, the records in the log of the conveyor plant, possible cases of an emergency, violations of labor protection and the measures taken.
The delivery and acceptance of a shift should be carried out in the presence of a foreman or foreman.

Job Description. Maintenance of various types of transport mechanisms, belt, worm and other conveyors, except for screw and bucket elevators such as bucket elevators. Checking the malfunction of conveyor mechanisms. Start and stop them. Ensuring the timely supply of various raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and materials in the required quantities to production, preventing disruption of the technological process. Lumber haulage management. Monitoring the good condition of mechanisms, speed control, chain tensioning, altering belts and tapes. Elimination of minor defects in the operation of mechanisms. Elimination of congestion and overload mechanisms. Cleaning and lubrication of serviced equipment.
