In the Bankruptcy Trading section of the Implementation Center, registration and work on the ETP is freely available and no fee is charged. And for the organizers of such purchases, other conditions apply: the organizer open auction must conclude an agreement with the ETP operator. After that, it is registered on the trading platform. To conduct a purchase in electronic form, the organizer must pay for the service, according to the established tariffs of the site operator.

In both sections, organizers are provided with discounts for prepayment within five days after the placement of the purchase.

ETP allows you to avoid red tape with documentation, speed up the process of carrying out the procedure and determining the results. It is a modern business tool that allows you to sell the property of debtors as quickly as possible and on favorable terms. Due to the great popularity of the "Implementation Center" platform, there is always a wide range of potential buyers ready to fight for victory in the auction for the sale of confiscated movable and immovable property. To be able to participate in auctions or organize them, you must first register on the ETP and at the same time go through the accreditation procedure. Therefore, before registering, you must send to email business@centerr.ru applications for the provision of an invoice for its subsequent payment. Next, you need to go directly to registration. By clicking on the appropriate “Register” tab, the user opens the Regulations for the provision of services, with which it is necessary to read and confirm their agreement with the conditions prescribed in it. After fulfilling this requirement, a field for entering a login and password opens, with their help you will be able to enter the site in the future, as well as an email address to which the confirmation code will be sent, entering it in the appropriate column will allow you to continue registration. After activation, you must fill in the fields in which you need to specify basic information about the participant.

The final stage is the passage of accreditation, which consists in providing a package of documents consisting of:

  • copies of the current extract from the Unified State Register legal entities(or individual entrepreneurs)
  • for legal entities - copies constituent documents, for individuals - identity documents. It is also required to provide a copy of the certificate of state registration
  • information about TIN
  • copies of documents that confirm the authority of the head

All documents must be certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the enterprise. In case of accreditation by a foreign person, duly certified translations of all documents into Russian are required. After the site operator checks all documents and other information, in the absence of comments, the user will be given access to participate in auctions or conduct them (for participants and organizers, respectively).

After sending the application, a specialist of the certification center will call you within 20 minutes. He will clarify the details of your order and send an invoice and an agreement for the production of an EDS for the Sales Center by e-mail. Also, an employee of the CA will specify the address of the office for obtaining an electronic signature in your city.

After receipt of payment and verification of scanned copies of the required documents, your electronic signature will be ready within 1-3 hours.

The EDS is valid for 1 year from the date of its manufacture. After that, it must be received again.

Registration and participation on the ETP in the bankruptcy section is free. The cost of one trading procedure is 10,000 rubles + 1,000 rubles for each lot. 50% discount for early payment.
