DESCRIPTION OF THE CENTURION SYSTEM

1. Program of training and knowledge testing - "Examiner"

The "EXAMINATOR" program is built in the form of choosing the correct answer or answers from among those offered to the question posed. Questions can be both in text form and in the form of graphic drawings, diagrams,Html- pages or presentation files (.PPT-files), or a text question may be accompanied by a graphic diagram or video clip(. AVI- file).

The program has four modes of operation:

    mode viewing and studying the NTD base- rules, documents, instructions, schemes of control and automation objects... The NTD base is organized in the form of HTML pages.

    exam mode;

- training mode - training when with an erroneous answer at will

you can see the correct answer to the question posed and refer to

base of NTD;

    instructor mode - viewing the archive of completed exams and setting

parameters of the program;

Questions proposed in the program are grouped by documents, documents are grouped by topic, questions for each document are stored in a separate file. Connecting new topics, documents or changing their parameters by default is set in the "Instructor" program operation mode (Fig. 1.). It is possible to distribute questions in documents according to their belonging to different categories users (subjects).

Questions for testing or training training are selected randomly from the documents. The test results (the number of correct, incorrect or incomplete answers, as well as the testing time and, if necessary, the test score) are recorded and entered into the program archive.

After starting the "Examiner" program and displaying the program splash screens, the "Protocol settings and operation mode selection" panel appears on the screen (Fig. 2).

The information set on this panel is recorded in the protocols generated by the program. The date of the next check is formed automatically by adding three years to the current date minus 1 day, if necessary, the date can be adjusted manually. All parameters on this panel are set by choosing from the proposed lists or by entering them from the keyboard.

In addition, this panel contains indicators that determine the type of exam.

There are three types of exam:

    general examination;

    job examination;

    selective exam.

"Job exam" - an exam (a list of documents and the number of questions for each document) for the selected combination "service - position - DL group - subject category". Sequential selection of documents and questions in the process of testing or training - training is carried out automatically;

"General exam" - an exam (a list of documents and the number of questions for each document) for any combination of "service - position - DL group - subject category" Sequential selection of documents and questions in the process of testing or training - training is carried out automatically;

"Selective exam" - for the exam, the entire list of documents and the number of questions for each document are offered for the selected category of the examinee. The choice of documents for testing and the number of questions is selected manually in this mode.

The settings for the "Job Exam" and "General Exam" are carried out in the "Instructor" program operation mode (Fig. 3.)

After filling in the information on the main panel (Fig. 2) and clicking the "OK" button, go to the Q&A panel (Fig. 4).

fig 4.

In the upper part of the panel is displayed the so-called. status bar. On it

located:

    the "Exit" button, by pressing which you can interrupt the exam (training);

    the name of the document from which the question was asked;

    time elapsed since the beginning of this exam or training;

    the number of remaining questions on this document or the entire "job" or "general exam" that will be asked to the student.

In the central part of the screen, the question asked to the trainee is displayed in the form of text or a diagram-diagram.

At the bottom of the screen are the so-called. elements of control indicators (in total there can be 2 lines of 5 elements located one under the other). Each element has a selection box marked with a check mark) and accompanying text (up to 10 characters). The mouse selects one or more indicators indicating the correct answer (s). After selecting the required indicator (indicators), press the button "Fix the answer" and move on to the next question.

If the program works in the "training-training" mode, then after pressing the "Fix the answer" button, a panel will appear on the screen, indicating whether the answer (answers) to the question was correctly selected or not. If the answer was incorrect or incomplete (if there are several correct answers), it is suggested to look at the correct answer to this question or go to the next question. When working in this mode ("training-training"), the button "NTD Base" is displayed on the screen by pressing

which you can temporarily switch to the mode of viewing the NTD base (to the item corresponding to this issue) to study the material related to this issue.

After answering all the questions, the "Protocol settings and operation mode selection" panel will appear on the screen (Fig. 2), but this panel will contain three new buttons,

allowing you to view and, if necessary, print the exam protocol and

two appendices to it (1 - the results of the auto-examiner in the form of a table and 2 - a list, the texts of the questions asked, the numbers of the selected answers, the numbers of the correct answers and the texts of the correct answers). The protocol and both applications are written to the archive.

Viewing the texts of the protocol and applications is carried out automatically by pressing the corresponding buttons by calling a text editor (for example, Word).

Also, a fourth button appears on the panel, which allows you to view the results of the exam or training in tabular form on the monitor screen, with color indication of the selected correct and incorrect answers.

2. The program for creating examination material - "Editor"

The "Editor" program is designed to create and compose the exam material used by the "Examiner" program. The program allows you to create new questions, edit existing ones, distribute questions by user categories, print questions and answers, insert graphical drawings-schemes into questions, etc.

The Examiner program works with both text information and with graphic drawings-schemes (files in BMP .GIF or .JPG format), as well as with video clips (files in .AVI format). Graphic and video files are created by standard software (for example, a graphics editor). Questions on documents are stored in separate files (questions and answers) in a special format. Pictures, diagrams and video clips are stored separately, and only links to these pictures and video clips are stored in Q&A files.

The window of the "Editor" program when editing questions is shown in Fig. 5.

2. Creation and viewing of the NTD base.

The NTD base is a coherent set of HTML - pages (files) containing texts on a number of RDs included in the "Information Index of Guiding Documents of the Electricity Industry (RD 34), mandatory for energy companies and organizations of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation."

HTML-pages are created by the standard Front Page-2000 HTML-editor (or some other). Connection of the NTD base to the "Examiner" program is carried out by setting the path to the head HTML-file (the file of the content of the NTD base). Connection is carried out in the "Examiner" program in the "Instructor" mode.

Viewing the NTD base is carried out in a special window of the "Examiner" program (Fig. 6) by selecting the appropriate operating mode and pressing

the "OK" button (Fig. 2.). Also, the reference to the NTD database can be carried out in

mode "training training" in case of difficulty in answering a question, by pressing

buttons "NTD base".

The NTD base is tied to the question - answer base, i.e. each answer to the question is associated with a certain item from the document of the NTD base, which is displayed in the program when the answer to the question is displayed or when the "NTD Base" button is pressed in the training - training mode.

Hello, dear readers of the site "Notes of an Electrician".

In mid-December, I passed another test of knowledge on electrical safety at Rostekhnadzor.

First, the inspectors conducted training for us, and a month later they tested our knowledge on computers in the form of a test.

This year, the questions in the test were significantly different from the previous one (), so I decided to once again make an online electrical safety test of 2014 on my website so that you have the opportunity to prepare for the exam or just check your knowledge.

For information: our management acquired us accounts in the training program "OLYMPUS: OKS" (website: olimp-oks.ru).

But the fact is that this program is paid. For example, access to the EL course for 5 days is 1680 rubles, and for 10 days - 2650 rubles.

I suggest you take a similar course completely free of charge on my website.

So let's go.

This course is intended for the preparation and certification (knowledge test) of specialists and managers who operate electrical installations.

The course for studying the material is divided into 6 main sections. For each section, control online tests... A total of 182 questions in the tests. Questions are fully consistent with editions attestation commission Rostekhnadzor. You can see this for yourself.

On the main site of Rostechnadzor, in the section "Training and certification of employees of organizations", examination tickets (tests) are posted under the following code:
