N Our company sells goods in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as throughout Russia. Available methods receiving goods:

An inaccessible way of receiving the goods is self-pickup (shipment of goods from the warehouse).

Leaving household appliances in Moscow and the Moscow region

V Delivery time intervals are possible:
from 12:00 to 18:00
from 18:00 to 23:00 hours

D Delivery date:
on the day of order (if the product is in a nearby warehouse);
within several days (if the goods are in a distant warehouse);

Delivery is made in Moscow and Moscow region on weekdays and weekends.
The nearest delivery date is negotiated with the manager at the time of ordering.

WITH delivery cost outside the Moscow Ring Road:
- 30 rubles / km

Z office delivery akaz:
from 12:00 to 18:00, weekdays

D Leaving is carried out to the door. Moving equipment within the premises is a separate service.

O Please note that when ordering to the office, the goods will be delivered to the first security point or reception.
You will need to meet the courier and, if necessary, go with him to the place of acceptance and inspection of the goods.

P if it is necessary to lift one unit of goods along the staircase (not counting basement floor), tariffs apply:

Up to 5 kg: free
Weighing from 5kg. up to 20kg: 100 rub. / floor
Weighing from 20kg. up to 50kg .: 250 rubles / floor
Over 50kg .: 300 rub. / Floor

WITH The cost of delivery within the Moscow Ring Road:

Pickup from our warehouse

For prepaid settlements ( cashless payments, payment by card online on the website) pickup is possible from our warehouse, located at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Kashirskoye Highway.

The cost of the pickup service from our warehouse is 150 rubles (entry to the territory with paid passes).

Delivery across Russia

Our company delivers goods to any city. We will be happy to help you choose the most optimal transport company in terms of price / quality ratio. As a rule, these are the largest transport companies in Russia. We only calculate the cost of delivery to transport company, the services of the transport company are paid upon receipt of the goods. In this case, we act as an intermediary between you and the transport company, and are responsible for the goods only until the moment the goods are handed over to the transport company.

V All your orders are carefully checked in the warehouse before shipment, with the exception of bulky goods with rigid packaging (due to the loss of presentation when unpacking - cut the plastic straps of the box).

However, we ask you with the courier CAREFULLY check:

The appearance of the goods for mechanical damage.
The inclusion of goods before payment is allowed only with the consent of the courier or after payment for the goods (Refrigerators, for example, need 3-4 hours of static position without shaking before switching on).
A complete set of goods.
Cash register and sales receipt (read the rules of acceptance of goods and features of return on the sales receipt).
Correctness of filling out the warranty card.
