4. The head of the pharmacy warehouse is appointed to the position and dismissed by order of the head medical organization in accordance with current legislation RF.
5. The head of the pharmacy warehouse is directly subordinate to the head of the medical organization or his deputy.

3. Rights.

1. give orders that are mandatory for execution by warehouse employees (if any);
2. participate in the selection and placement of personnel in the pharmacy warehouse;
3. make proposals to the management on encouraging and imposing penalties on the employees of the pharmacy warehouse;
4. make proposals for improving the activities of the pharmacy warehouse;
5. request from management, receive and use information materials and legal documents necessary for the performance of their official duties;
6. take part in conferences and meetings, which discuss issues related to the work of the pharmacy warehouse;
7. pass certification in accordance with the established procedure with the right to obtain the appropriate qualification category;
