What is human scanning. "People-scanners": how to find your destiny for someone who likes to try new things

It is the biofield of a person that is responsible for his physical well-being. The energy shell protects us from aggressive external influences, our activity, endurance, vitality depend on its condition and potential. However, in this world there are many factors that can harm the biofield - emotional exhaustion, malnutrition, the impact of polluted ecology. In the end, they can per person.

Prana yoga has methods that allow you to influence the human biofield and eliminate the existing violations. But in order to do this, you first need to perform a diagnostic procedure, which is also called a “scan”. If you have not previously done prana yoga, we recommend that you first go through the exercise.

How to scan

To begin to perceive the human biofield,

you will need to bring your mind to a neutral state. In other words, you shouldn't be excited, worried, or preoccupied with anything. It should be noted that in the nervous tension any energy practices are contraindicated. You can harm yourself or the patient if you do not control your emotions.

So, energy scanning of the biofield is carried out as follows:

  • Increase the sensitivity of your hands (see the exercises from the 1st lesson of this course)
  • Bring your mind to a neutral state
  • Start detection from the feet, gradually moving towards the head
  • Keep your hands at a distance of 5-10 centimeters from the body of the person being examined
  • Remember which areas of the patient's body require energy recharging

Advice! If you need to quickly relax before the session, then try a short one. Sometimes a pleasant mood helps to tune in the right way.

What should you feel

It should be noted that each person is individual. Accordingly, in the process of diagnosing the patient's biofield, you can perceive various sensations. For example, an excess of prana is perceived by some sensitives as a sensation of warmth, while others perceive it as a tingling in the fingers or a fluctuation of the wind. When conducting the first diagnostic sessions, you can focus on the table below. As your experience grows, the need for any hints will disappear - you will be able to focus on your own intuition.

Your feelings

The state of the human biofield

This area of the body is especially vulnerable because there is little prana. The energy is blocked, something prevents its free circulation.

An excess of energy in the biofield, a kind of clot of prana. Perhaps the person is suffering from an infectious disease.

A breath of wind

This sign indicates the leakage of prana from the body. This effect is usually observed in a person who has been exposed to black magic.

electric tingle

Perhaps your hands have accumulated an excess charge of energy. Rinse your palms with cold water - if the sensation persists, then your patient is seriously ill. The energy is blocked, an adjustment will need to be made.

Nothing is felt

Most likely, you are unable to focus your attention. Re-do the exercises to increase the sensitivity of the hands.

The state of the biofield largely depends on professional activity individual. If a person is engaged in mental work, then you will feel a strong activation of prana in the region of his head. If you are examining an athlete, the energy field will be especially noticeable in the arms and legs.

Your patient during the session should be at rest, it is desirable that the person is lying down. In this case, scanning is fast and without special efforts. After identifying the "problem areas" you can move on to energy recovery. We'll talk about how to do this in the next lesson.

Photo scan methods

Method 1

1. Open the photo, look at the person, remember him.
2. Close your eyes.
3. In the area of the ajna chakra, imagine a closed eye. Open this eye.
4. Tune in to the person you remember from the photo, imagine him and look with the 3rd eye.
5. Create in yourself the intention “I want to see where this person has the TS”. At the same time, it is not recommended to open real eyes, look only through ajna.
6. Next, work with intention. Those. “I want to see something”, etc. It shouldn't be a wish, it should be a word... it should be an intention.

Similar to method 1.

Only in this case, from the level of ajna, you "let" something like a beam into a given person, and this beam scans the object, while bringing back information about the person. It works like echolocation.

1. Close your eyes. Concentrate on darkness. Those. you see darkness before your eyes, and that's it, there is nothing else.
2. Out of this darkness, a point of light begins to appear. You begin to hold this point with attention for 2-3 minutes. The dot begins to expand, creating something like a light screen. Now before the eyes of the screen and a piece of darkness at the edges of the screen.
3. Bring the image of a person to this screen, scan with intent, as in method 1.

1. Relax as much as possible.
2. Exit the subtle body.
3. Transfer your consciousness into the subtle body. With constant training, this is quite easy. Perceive the world not from the outside, but from the first person, as if you were in a physical body.
4. After leaving the body, imagine a person, fly up to him.
5. Examine his subtle bodies and chakras.

In all the above methods, it is important: your eyes must be closed. If you do not close your eyes, you may spoil your physical vision.
As you gain experience, you begin to see without leaving the body, without opening your eyes, without a screen, and so on. All you need to do is tune in to the object.

About scanning the assemblage point. Possible mistakes.
It is worth mentioning such a moment, even if you try to see, then first of all you will feel, and only then your feeling is formed into a picture. They see right away, only having a very large experience in this.

1. You must remember, as a rule, the first thing you feel when tuning in to a person is the TS (assembly point), or the area where the attention vector leaves the TS, forming the TV (point of attention). Then the emotional or physical activity of the scanned person, at the time of your scan. Moreover, sometimes you can skip the vibration of the TS if it matches yours, take it as the response setting of the object, if the TS matches yours, and take the area of activity at the time of the scan as the TS. This is a very subtle point, and here they always make mistakes when they get their first experiments in such a matter.

2. Beginning practitioners very often confuse TS and chakra activity. The assemblage point carries the entire structure of human consciousness. And the activity of the chakra is the greatest accumulation of energy. Most often, the TS is located where there is a large accumulation of energy in ordinary people, but a lot depends on the moment you touched the attention of your scan to the person. Those. it is clear that during sex the greatest accumulation of very bright illumination will be in one place, during active running in another, while swinging the press again in another, during intense mental work (which often happens with engineering workers or students during the session) again in another. And it is worth taking the trouble to distinguish the temporary activity at the time of the scan from what actually represents the energy of the person you are scanning.

3. Also, various energy blocks and problems of the body are often mistaken for TS. This is no longer a mistake for beginners, but for those who have more or less average experience scanning order 2-5 years experience. For example, a feeling of density can be mistaken for TS, although this density, depending on the location, can mean a physical problem in the body - from a hematoma to chronic constipation. Just as you know, chakra whirlwinds create energy thrust, and the thrust on some chakra, which is greater than on others, can be mistaken for a TS (which sometimes seems to magnetize), while you can not figure out which way it goes thrust. TS magnetizes to itself, not away from itself. A very often observed phenomenon, when a person is given the verdict “TS - svadhisthana” when diagnosing a photo, one will deliver, others will not even look. And in fact, it turns out that a person has a very strong outflow of energy from svadhisthana, and it is not de-energized, it is constantly fed from the reserves of the body, through food, etc. What does this mean? Well, usually, it's standard - a person is exhausted by sex, this applies to young men mainly, during a period of bright love, or there is a breakdown in the energy cocoon in this area.

Actually, scanning from a photo is a long process. And if a beginner copes with this in less than half an hour, then one can be sure only of what he saw or felt, but not in any way what conclusions he made from these sensations and visions.

Determining the basic fixation of the vehicle

1. Intention + intuition
2. On the inner screen, where you placed the image of a person, see where the TS will go if there is no energy. You simply fantasize such a situation in your head (without energy actions) and watch its continuation.
3. Look at which chakra a person has the greatest structuring.
4. Mentally (without energy actions) lower the TS near the image of a person on your inner screen. Where the vehicle stops is the base.
2nd and 4th points can give glitches, often. 1st and 3rd are the most preferred.

Chakra activity

Activity is the activation of one of the centers in a person. Activity manifests itself as an accumulation and "pulling" of energy into one point. The reasons for the activity of the chakra are not always positive:
1) blocks on chakras, channels, etc.
2) practices in which they specifically consciously activate a certain energy center
3) actions, such as: sex - activity in svadhisthana; engaging in logical construction - activity on vishuddha, etc.; sports - activity from muladhara to sahasrara, depending on what they are doing at the moment.
4) dialogues between people, those centers that are responsible for various areas of communication are activated, for example, they can communicate with friends from svadhisthana to anahata, with loved ones from muladhara to sahasrara, with colleagues from the top of anahata to ajna.
5) a company - when a person comes to work, a person can change dramatically and the energy itself is drawn to where it is needed most for the type of work that a person performs.
Etc.

Energy blocks

Karmic - they usually talk about those that were acquired in a past incarnation, scanners usually feel that the problem is not connected with the life of this person that is being scanned, but with something that this person once was. Although such a name is not quite true, because karma is an act, an action. And for every action there is a reaction, which entails certain consequences. Thus, a “karmic block” can be called any acquired by a person during the current life.

Acquired - for example, a blockage of the normal movement of energy in the area of \u200b\u200bthe manipura chakra is read, therefore a person has stagnation in the body in this area, as a rule, a diseased liver, which emotionally gives out a person’s mental reactions as excessive irritation, anger, or excessive tearfulness (various liver diseases manifest mentally in different ways). The reading can also be from the opposite, for example, a psychic is an empath, and feels the emotional mood of a person as anger, irritation, or tearfulness, with a good experience of scans, he will conclude “therefore, the person has a diseased liver, the liver is located in the area of the manipura chakra, therefore block on manipur". And those who read theirs can hardly understand how they are seen or feel that they can describe the right problem. Although, some scanning people wishful thinking being lazy to make a diagnosis and making an opinion about a person by his physiognomy.

Energy blocks on the chakras

Muladahara - problems with bones, teeth, and in general with the physical body (general malaise), innate immunity is very weak.
Psychologically, it manifests itself as a physical unwillingness to live, act, move the body, every trouble that requires action, decision-making is perceived as a huge problem in life, problems in relations with parents become at the forefront.

Svadhisthana - problems in the genitourinary system, reproductive organs are underdeveloped, there may be various inflammations, problems with blood vessels and in the lymphatic system.
Psychologically, frequent irritation is manifested as dissatisfaction with oneself, one’s own appearance, with his clothes, a person constantly imagines that everyone is only looking at him, often showing swearing in speech, i.e. they do not swear, they talk on the mat. As a rule, in life such people have big problems in sexual relations, it is difficult for them to find a partner.

Manipura - problems with the gastrointestinal tract, digestive system, acquired immunity is weak, vaccinations do not take root well. Problems with money, body tone, general malaise, as it were, spreading through the body from the stomach (and a person can feel this in himself).
Psychologically - problems with acquiring property, problems with superiors, such people, as a rule, do not have subordinates, etc., general indecision, lack of willpower, laziness, frequent discussions on any topic starting with "what if ..."

Anahata - problems in the heart, lungs.
Psychologically - problems with emotions, imbalance, moral instability, melancholy, often spoil relationships with lovers because of their internal dialogues, i.e. they scroll the dialogue in their mind, voicing their opponent’s speech, while giving an excessive emotional coloring to their mental dialogues more than those that actually exist in real life etc.

Vishuddha - throat, bronchi, diseases of the upper respiratory tract, inflammation of the tonsils, nasopharynx, adenoids.
Psychologically - problems with correct conclusions, lack of understanding of information, broken logic, awareness, poorly oriented in solving search problems, as they suffer from emotional dubiousness regarding any conclusion. They build relationships between like-minded people sparingly, express their point of view little, but act according to it, often correctly and quietly, which creates considerable problems for a group of like-minded people and colleagues, they suffer from isolation, the circle of contacts is very narrow.

Ajna - problems of the brain, there is increased intracranial pressure, weak vessels of the head, may be more prone to strokes than other people, a very weak vestibular apparatus, aphasia, etc., consciousness gives incorrect responses to an external stimulus, or does not give out at all, evaluative vision suffers pictures of the world.
Psychologically - the whole bunch of mental illnesses, which turns out to be a consequence of the malfunctioning of any part of the brain.

Sahasrara - just like ajna - everything related to the head, plus an incredibly bad memory, various visions in reality, for example, aliens, etc. If anyone watched the series "Doctor House", then the real glitches of some patients are shown there perfectly.

The vibrations produced by the chakras create a certain background around the human body, as a kind of emotional component of the whole astral (emotional body). It turns out that each chakra creates inside the astral body, with its vibrations, a body of emotions.
Those. you can say “the emotional body of Muladhara”, “the emotional body of Swadhisthana”, but in fact, in the case of Muladhara, you will describe the vibrations created by the physical body, in the case of Swadhisthana, the vibrations created by the etheric body. It is by these vibrations that the emotional state of a person is read, and psychological problems blocks on the chakras are read on these emotional bodies. But in fact, they bear their well-established names for centuries, which is given below. And calling them emotional bodies was introduced by one of the recent esoteric schools. Well, actually, each school wants some kind of zest, and comes up with its own terms, although they are the essence - everything that has long been known.

The physical body is everything to the muladahara chakra. This one deals with all the problems of the physical body, diseased organs, flesh to the very top.
The etheric body is considered from the position of the vibrations of the svadhisthana chakra.
The astral body is considered from the position of the vibrations of the manipura chakra.
The Lower Mental is considered from the position of vibrations of the anahata chakra.
Middle Mental - is considered from the position of vibrations of the vishuddha chakra.
Higher Mental - is considered from the position of vibrations of the ajna chakra.
The spiritual body is the Sahasrara Chakra.

The amount of life (how much more to live, roughly speaking)

It is determined due to the energy of the silver thread, which passes from Muladhara to Manipura, as a rule, very hard, from Manipura to Sahasrara it is already flexible, + energy in the Muladhara Chakra, like the original innate immunity. In fact, the silver thread is the spinal cord in the physical body.

Resistance to diseases (ARI, SARS, FLU, etc.)
It is determined by the etheric body, its density and width. The denser the ether, the easier it is to reflect viral diseases, negative from grandmothers on a bench, and so on.

The ability to say "this is mine":

It is determined by manipura, its power.

Ability to Express Emotions:

Anahata develops on anahata

Worldview:

Determined on vishuddha. The clearer the structure, the clearer the worldview.

Consciousness:

Ajna. Climbing into someone else's head is not worth it, to read thoughts, you can rake a lot of problems.

Spirituality:

Sahasrara. Let's just say that the measure of the Spirit that a person can contain and shines outside, around him, adjusting the world (not on purpose) to the movement from Spirit.

Holes in the cocoon:

In fact, they create an energy leak. Any holes in the energy cocoon are patched by themselves, after a while. However, if there is a hole, then the energy leaves, the organs suffer from leakage. Physically, there may be no reason for the disease, however, due to leakage, there is a lack of energy for the normal functioning of the organ. This already leads to a physical illness in the organ, as a result to a distortion of the mental reaction to an external stimulus, and then as a consequence - the appearance of a block on the chakra, or channel, which only then becomes a global mental problem, as well as a chronic disease.

How to define a block:

1. Send a signal to the chakra of the scanned person in order to read the information, see how it returns. (Most often this is a work on sensations, blocks are rarely seen, basically they are well defined by those working with the elements of the earth, since they can see the structure, as well as those working with water, since they perceive the flow of energy.)
2. When scanning, see how the energy rises from the feet up, how it passes through the chakras. Identify places where there is a poor permeability of energy. Consider this place, figuring out the reason. (Here the work is mainly for vision, but kinesthetics usually do a good job with it, sometimes even better than seers)
3. Work through the "tuning fork" - roughly speaking, you seem to touch someone else's chakra with your own, taking yours as a standard, then you feel what kind of response comes. It is impossible to choose something other than yourself as a standard, since you cannot convey a higher standard with your “tuning fork” (vibration of your chakra), and a lower one will pollute you.

Definition of lasso and elements:

Here the work is done
1) intuition
2) by feeling the vibration of a person, and if your set of sensations / visions includes the frequency range that you read from a person, then you can determine in which element you are, under the influence of which lasso you live.
Accordingly, if you have not practiced tuning to arcana and elements, then it will be problematic to determine.

Corruption, curse:

It is possible to notice various foreign structures in the centers during scanning.
The action of structures depending on the location:
Muladhara - life
Svadhisthana - love spell, lapel, crown of celibacy (very, very, very rare)
Manipura - money, career, life
Anahata - emotions, relationships, lapel, love spell
Vishuddha - suggestion of thoughts; actions arising from inferences go clearly according to the plan given by damage or a curse, just like a lapel and a love spell, because it acts on the conscious nature of thought, a person perceives other people's aspirations as his thoughts
Ajna - possible options are the same as on vishuddha, but it is extremely rare, usually with a very strong lapel
Sahasrara is an ancestral curse.

Obsessive idea, thought:

This is a foreign structure (curse or corruption) in the vishuddha chakra and / or in the ajna. To understand what it is, it is necessary to apply intuition, and at the same time compare it with the original vibration of a person on the Muladhara Chakra, which is the original base of the entire given person. Intuition should be very good, and not from time to time giving voice. Simply examining a foreign structure and determining that this is also possible, as a rule, is possible for those who work at the level of the four elements and above, and can “read” the structure of the spell, up to the signs and vision of the performed ritual that affects a person.

Relationship Diagnostics:

It is performed in fact by the same methods by which one person is scanned, but the difference is that two people should look at the same time, placing both photos side by side. The lady is on the right, the knight in armor is on the left. If such a situation gives dissonance, the scan is slow, the relationships are poorly read, then the photos are swapped. If the lady is on the left, and the scan went as expected, easily without resistance, and besides, it is confirmed by the scanned one, then, most likely, this is not the woman who will spend a long and happy life with this man.
* If the couple is harmonious, then they have an impulse along anahata, svadhisthana, vishuddha. Emotions, passion, unanimity.
* If the pair is harmonious, then the energy bodies can “merge” into one.
* If there is a lapel, then the cocoon of each of them will be torn from one edge, while, when scanning each separately, the cocoon is read as a whole. There will also be a repulsion in several centers, it was they who were affected by the lapel.
* If there is a love spell, then there will be no joint cocoon, and the chakras viewed in pairs will look something like a loop into which a rope is inserted and tangled with many knots, or a nut into which a screw is screwed, i.e. one-way clutch.

Bindings:

Some threads can be read on the chakras that connect the scanned person with other people. Such threads are called binding. Not all of them are negative, for the most part they are only connections with people with whom they most often communicate, whom they love.
Muldakhara - relatives
Svadhisthana - lovers, couples and relatives, friends in a fun pastime
Manipura - relatives, employees, subordinates, bosses arguing with you, friends in sports, etc.
Anahata - objects of emotional interaction, loved ones, relatives, children
Vishuddha - like-minded people, colleagues, etc.
Ajna - there are usually no bindings here, except for hypnosis (the channel will go to the one who influences, makes him think the way he needs), often these are leaders of various sects, ideologists of political parties, sometimes these are idols, even if they are dead, a person in in this case, he himself sits down on an information channel about what a person was like, what legacy / creativity is left of him, imitation begins with adoration; also, if a married couple, lovers, are like-minded and colleagues, they have a bunch of ajna, they almost telepathically communicate with each other, they have common ideas
Sahasrara - connection only by egregors, with the channel of the Spirit, Adam Kadmon.

Scan yourself:

A) on internal sensations, from bottom to top or from top to bottom, as you like (using the above methods), from the inside, as in practices with chakras
b) by placing yourself on the inner screen, in this variant you simply look at yourself like any other object
c) you can look at your photo, but this is a problematic way, since when you scan yourself from a photo, or through a reflection in a mirror, you usually feel that you are pushing yourself

To the scan methods described above, you can add just a photo scan:
1. look at the photo without focusing on the details, but covering the whole image with your eyes
2. information about the TS comes, you feel the point of the structure with which your interaction took place, it also comes to the brain at the same time, as knowledge (not an image), for those who see it is immediately displayed with a specific vision of the main point in the structure
3. after some time of looking, the etheric body around the physical body becomes visible (usually imprinted on photographs, both digital and film photos)
4. then the astral body becomes visible (also imprinted on the photo)
5. there are sensations on oneself from the internal organs of a person, and at the same time knowledge of what it is, plus in the photo itself these places begin to stand out with spots, dark, light, colored, etc.
6. if there is a natural shift into the ground, then a picture of internal organs will appear in your photo.
With this method, it is not necessary to tune in to the object, you can get all the information just by looking at the photo. The vision is not damaged. One thing is that photography does not change over time. It bears the imprint of what the person had at the moment of photographing. And this method is preferable when it is necessary to look at the progression of the development of something over a period. You simply watch several photos of one person in a row with this method.

Scanning artifacts from a photo:

1. Inspection of the photo, spreading the aura on the photo from the object.
2. Lightly touching the object with your attention and getting a response. This response is determined in the following order:
a) the level of chakra frequencies of energy from which the charge of this artifact was made
b) charge density, strong, medium, weak
c) how the object works (usually all artifacts somehow mobilize the energy of the human carrier, and do something with it), for example, an artifact can collect energy from the manipura chakra and raise it right up to ajna, thus contributing to the work of the ajna chakra and improving energy vision (artifacts created to help develop energy vision work just like that)
d) element embedded in the charge of an object or lasso embedded in the charge of an object
e) the length of the artifact in time, i.e. a timeline becomes visible, for how long the charge of this artifact will act until it is completely discharged.
f) artifacts created by the methods of spell and subsequent initiation are eternal, i.e. until the moment of complete destruction of this artifact, they do not lose their charge and are always constant in action.
based on lecture materials by Oksana Ilyina.

Imagine a person who is constantly changing areas of interest: first he became interested in acting, then he suddenly became interested in learning the language, then archeology, then the production of goods, real estate, and so on. This is a person who constantly wants to try new things, but at the same time he is tormented by a terrible feeling of guilt: Is this normal? Will I sleep through my life?

If this person reminds you of yourself, then congratulations - you are a typical scanner. What is it and how to live with it, - says one of the main motivational speakers of the world - Barbara Sher in her book "What to dream about".

What is going on?

It must be unpleasant for you to see how time passes by, and you have not achieved anything. You have not become a more qualified dog handler, nor a real estate agent - you have not become an authoritative specialist in anything. It seems that you are already without five minutes an expert in one area, and immediately another one begins to interest you. You note that your peers, who have no more talents and opportunities, have moved far ahead, and you are still standing at the start.

So, as we said, you are a born "scanner" - a person who enjoys the amazing, endless variety around us. But what you don't realize is that it's a respected calling. You haven't realized yet that being a scanner is a talent and the key to a very good life. Scanners want to try everything. They study flower structure and music theory with equal enthusiasm. They love the twists and turns of travel. And the intricacies of politics. For scanners, the universe is a treasure trove of millions of works of art, and there is hardly enough life to see them all.

Because our culture values the specialization and determination of divers, we all too often think that scanners are people who just don't want to do their job properly. This is a stupid misunderstanding, an established stereotype.

Get everything at once

Often the only problem scanners have is finding a job where their particular talent can be used. Career guidance tests usually do not detect scanners. It takes time and ingenuity to find a niche for the scanner - a job that will accommodate all of his many interests. But the results are worth it. Scanners are poets, but so are librarians, documentary makers, travelers, great salespeople, good managers, and naturally gifted teachers. We are taught that life choices can only be made once.

But for scanners, it sounds something like this: "You can take a coloring book or colored pencils, but neither together." Scanners know that life is not stingy. If it comes to that, life is too generous and the choices make one dizzy. But we have a way to deal with it.

Get All: Sequentially

Scanners are often distracted, in part because they are in such a hurry. But although you should not waste time staying in a stupor, there is absolutely no need to rush, because: 1) there is more time than you think; 2) haste is unproductive; 3) part of your problem is caused by what might be called "time fever". It's a kind of hysteria that makes you feel like you have to move every hour and every minute towards what you want, and you have to do it all at once, because time will soon run out. You do not have the usual for many sense of the future and the leisurely flow of time. Making lists only exacerbates the problem, and calendars must be used with care, otherwise they will be overwhelmed with plans that are enough for a dozen people.

In general, it is quite possible to do many different things in life. Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and Ted Turner knew about it. You just need to see that there is much more time than you imagined.

Exercise 1: Managing time for a person who has too many hobbies

1. Ten lives

If you had ten lives, how would you spend them? Take a pencil, a piece of paper and write down what you would do in each of these lives. If you have more than ten professions in your head, then please! Don't limit yourself to anything. Now let's look at this list. It may look like this: "Poet, musician, successful entrepreneur, sinologist, gourmet chef, traveler, gardener, husband and father, journalist, talk show host."

Fine! It is not necessary to choose one profession. You will soon find a way to live each of these lives.

2. Available time

Quickly answer the following questions about each of your ten (or more) lifetimes. Don't think too long. Write down the first thing that comes to mind. (You can use the same life multiple times.)

What life would you give in 2016? What kind of life will you live second? What can you do every day for twenty (or less) minutes? What about on weekends? What can you do from time to time?

By answering these questions, you will get a more realistic idea of how people do different things if they are "Renaissance people" like you. Maybe you will stop thinking in terms of either-or: “How can I give up everything and devote myself to poetry and learn Chinese and play the violin so that there is still time for business and travel? Yes, and also learn how to cook haute cuisine and gardening?”

Here's how: don't devote yourself to poetry. Just write poetry. Write one line before bed, and suddenly you wake up very early with a desire to write more. If the poem captures you, set aside everything else. During coffee breaks, take out a poem and work on it. And in a few days you will finish it. And then you may not want to write poetry for another month. When will you take violin lessons? How about next summer? The point is that you can do everything if you make the right schedule.

If you want to start a business, but also see the world, you can combine it or implement it sequentially: business now, then travel.

3. Make a fast-paced three-year plan

It seems to many scanners that there is very little time, and if you do not do something right now, then there will simply not be time in the future. Relax: there is enough time for all your many “lives”. You have more time than you think.

In order to calm down, you need to make a fast-acting plan for three years. Once you understand that you can conquer new lives step by step, you will calm down.

4. Draw a map of your life

Look back at your past. Perhaps the map of your life could look like this: in 2009 you took up mountaineering, in 2010 you were fascinated by antiques, in 2010 you began to play the violin, in 2011 you got a job on the radio, and so on. For a year you went to the cinema constantly, and then for two years you didn’t go at all? You know, perhaps this is the most correct way to live. You need to learn to respect the wisdom of your natural instincts, because they allow you to perfectly fit into life everything that you need.

Dear Scanner, do nothing to change yourself. Do not think that you have to “break” yourself to meet the demands of this world. Better think about how to arrange life in order to fit your many talents into it.

Renowned life coach Barbara Sher introduced the concept of "human scanners". According to Barbara, this is a special type of personality that is aimed at getting maximum number information from various areas of life.

"Scanner" is happy to study pedagogy and psychology, simultaneously mastering several foreign languages, taking a great interest in gardening and reading books about nuclear physics. And such a life brings real pleasure to the "scanner", but there is one "but": in our society, these people are usually considered infantile, and not taken seriously.

Engine of progress

The names of prominent scanners are on everyone's lips, and their biographies are studied in educational institutions. These are Leonardo da Vinci, Goethe, Albert Einstein, Mikhail Lomonosov - famous personalities who have achieved brilliant results in several completely dissimilar fields of activity. However, the formal education system does not encourage people who do not consider it shameful to take on several projects at once and leave what is no longer of interest.

Such behavior is often attributed to adolescence: indeed, the age characteristics of puberty are such that the child is interested in everything and everything. He, according to the apt remark of Evgeny Grishkovets, "is fond of life." And today, more and more voices are heard in defense of such a worldview. Like, not to “comb” and “discipline” the guys, but to encourage them to create the most diverse stock of knowledge. In an era of unprecedented interpenetration of specialties, when the labor market now and then needs marketing biologists and submarine astronauts, versatility is only welcome.

In the book "Who is your city?" Richard Florida convincingly proves that creative, adventurous, somewhat reckless and romantic people are responsible for further development civilization. It is they who initiate change, launch innovation, stimulate the economic growth. If such a “scanner” grows up in your family, rejoice and help him build a comfortable and efficient “scanner” life.

If you want to live - know how to spin

- Play the following game with the scanner child: imagine that he can live 10 lives. Let him think about what occupation he would fill each of them with? Do not get lost if a teenager wants to live not 10, but as many as 50 filled lives - everything is possible!

- Now we are looking for an answer to the question: what kind of life do you want to live right now? And which of the following can you do every day for half an hour? Maybe some of the interesting things can be done on the weekends, and something to turn to only from time to time?

- Organize the work environment. Let the list of things interesting for the child hang in plain sight and be replenished with new hobbies. Equip a hobby station: this can be a homemade organizer from boxes, each of which contains everything you need for a particular activity. Now the child will be able to get involved in work at any free moment.

Eliminate the "hysteria of time" from your life. It is not at all necessary to analyze every second for its appropriate use. Teach your child to live with the idea that there is enough time for everything - and it really is enough! If right now he wants to glue ship models from plywood, let him glue it. We assure you: in 20 minutes he will get acquainted with the philosophy of the Middle Ages.

Your timely prompts and tact guarantee a good relationship with the children. So, you will definitely enjoy the natural love of life and enterprise of your "scanners".

Professions for the "scanner"

The problems of adolescent scanners are also that standard career guidance methods, like tests, are meaningless for them. As a rule, a teenager-scanner shows equally good results on all points of analysis. Or procrastination, nurtured by the wrong attitude of those close to versatility, labels such a teenager as “incapable of anything.” Relations with parents deteriorate significantly during the choice of a profession, and then, during numerous job changes.

But it’s enough just to abandon stereotypes and look at the situation from a different angle. "Scanner" is quite possible to combine studying at any university with simultaneous listening to several courses, they easily combine study with work. Craving for new activity and changing places in our time is also difficult to consider a disadvantage. Today, there are many opportunities to organize your life in such a way as to satisfy any of your needs, while bringing significant benefits.

So, for example, the “scanner” will definitely like the work of a crisis manager. Or work in consulting companies, which implies a temporary introduction into the organization at the stage of dealing with serious difficulties. The crisis has passed - you can recover to a new place, and again be at the forefront of the attack!

All types of freelancing, journalism, writing, photography, seasonal work, event services or all at once - why not? Neither high professionalism, nor colossal earnings "scanners" are ordered. Moreover, very often all this comes to the “scanners”, as soon as they understand that it is their dignity to grab onto everything at once!

On August 27, we are holding another “Weekend of Professions”. Communication with people of various specialties will help your teenager get to know the areas of activity that are of interest to him, “try on” professions and determine what exactly in them ignites and inspires him. Our meetings are useful both for those who prefer to immerse themselves in a single occupation all their lives, and for versatile “scanners” with their explosive potential.
