In the south of Moscow, the construction of a large shopping and entertainment center Kashirskaya Plaza with a total project area of ​​more than 170,000 m² is underway. This project is one of the main commercial real estate objects under construction in Moscow.

The Kapitoliy shopping center at the intersection of Shipilovskaya Street and Kashirskoye Highway will be the first shopping center with an exploitable roof in the entire Moscow region, Knight Frank claims. The construction of the facility has already begun, the work is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2017. The total area of ​​the "Capitol" will reach 195.5 thousand square meters. m, the leasable area will be 71 thousand square meters. m. In addition, the new shopping center will have four underground floors. The three lower ones will house parking for 1,300 cars. The main entrance to the Auchan hypermarket will be located on the minus ground floor.
