Partially (256 6x3 road slabs) have already been laid. The area of ​​the land plot allows to increase the parking by 2 times!!!

According to the project, 2 land plots were allocated for gas stations and gas stations.

At the moment, the cooperation of leasing CJSC "Tander" (Trading network "MAGNIT") of the area under the store of food and household goods is being considered. At 500 meters there is a stationary traffic police post. The second in terms of volume after Moscow and the first among the regions, the new multi-temperature warehouse of AUCHAN Retail Russia was solemnly opened. It is part of the Pridorozhny Logistics Complex, a resident of the Preobrazhenka Industrial Park.

The new multi-warehouse allows you to combine different goods - dry, fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, alcohol - on one site. With this platform, traffic flows will be optimized, and thus it will reduce the number of trucks on the roads. From the warehouse in Preobrazhenka, AUCHAN will supply products to 14 hypermarkets located in Samara, Tolyatti, Ulyanovsk, Kazan, Ufa, Saratov and Izhevsk.
