The mod has been radically redone, the file structure has changed, if you used an earlier version of the mod, below is a way to update for you.
Now the details about how the mod works.
- After you have traded with someone, the mod will calculate your costs / profits.
- If you have a profit from the current transaction, then the merchant may consider his expenses serious, about which the game will notify you. After the 3rd such serious sale, you are given the opportunity to improve relations with the merchant by returning half of the current profit from the transaction to him. If you do not agree, the merchant will wait for the next such transaction, after which there will be the same choice.
- If you agree to return half of the proceeds, then the relationship with this merchant will move to a new level. Those. there was neutrality, there will be friendship, there was friendship, there will be trust, etc. As you know, the hand washes the hand.
- If you have expenses from the current transaction, you will be given a choice: to agree with such a provision, try to throw off a little, or work off part of these expenses.
- Option "discount" - success depends on 3 things: relationship with the seller, eloquence and luck. Moreover, good relations guarantee a small discount, but for the sake of more, it is still worth training eloquence. The greater the percentage you managed to throw off, the greater the bonus to eloquence. If it was not possible to "skim the cream", then you can still ask for a job.
- Option "work" - the merchant will try to find out what kind of work suits you. This means that you yourself choose what to agree to. One task can be taken at a time, and until it is completed, it will not be possible to select a new one. Read about the types of work below.
- And the last thing: if you decide to buy something from your spouse, you can count on a "lovely discount". But he won’t give a job, so don’t be afraid - Dovakin’s spouses don’t load work!

Available tasks in fashion:
- Delivering cargo to a random hoarder- a certain hoarder ordered goods and sent an advance payment to the merchant with whom you bargained, now you have to deliver the goods, the customer will pay. The difficulty lies in the fact that the load is heavy. The advantage is that if the customer turned out to be your friend, then he will add something from himself to the price of the cargo.
In other words: we take the load, which is the heavier, the more expenses were when buying from a trader-employer; You can click on the sack in your inventory to see how much it took off max. weight; a reward is expected according to the weight, plus a friendly bonus from the customer, so it is beneficial to have a good relationship.

The merchant with whom you bargained wants to receive goods from some other merchant, for this he sends you with an impressive amount of money (!) Compatibility:
The mod solely adds something new to the game, so it shouldn't conflict with anything. The boot order in the launcher doesn't matter. Its non-conflict is also checked by the fact that it works by tracking the opening / closing of the bargaining menu, which is not found in every mod.
Since the mod was developed as a similar mod to The Art of the Deal, it's better not to stand together, otherwise it will be bold and ... ugly in general. One of two things should stand: either Serious Barter, or The Art of the Deal.

Copy the Data folder from the archive to the game folder, i.e. over the existing Data folder.

You can put your companion to monitor the store, and go do business yourself, just put him near the counter, go to the shop menu and click "Trade for me."

Information on the trade mod in Skyrim

1. Create a counter (shop) at the forge.
2. Put items in the store anywhere you want.

Description:

The plugin allows you to trade with many characters. A very useful feature, it must be said, especially if an outside character has something you need, but you can't or don't want to steal it. Most characters will gladly give you their items (excluding equipped ones) for something of equal value (money). In addition, the plugin adds credibility to the game.

Most of the characters will agree with you to change things. Including children, random strangers, nameless people, and even people who previously refused to talk to you. The plugin excludes merchants and companions (having their own dialogue for trading), important characters like Jarls, some other characters with unique dialogues, and Briarheart Outcasts. Most people in the game have little gold, if you train with a trainer for money, then his "wallet" will replenish.

The following fractions are excluded from the exchange (for greater reliability):
- Jarls and NPCs with "special" dialogues;
- Storm Brothers;
- Imperial soldiers;
- The guards who were shot in the knee;
- Thalmor;
- Outcasts.

Installation:

Small instruction:

I think everything is clear here. You sell an item for 10% less. The discount improves the reputation of your counter. A high reputation leads to a larger number of customers.

V) Reject
You refuse the offered price. The client may refuse, or submit a higher price.
Your store's reputation will deteriorate if negotiations fail.

Note:
You will not be able to trade with your teammates and hostile NPCs. Only with guards, civilians and travelers.

Customer acquisition
A customer can visit your counter if certain conditions are met.
-There are NPCs around.
-You have high eloquence (optional, but the higher the eloquence, the higher the chance that customers will look into your counter).
-The reputation of your counter is high (similar to the previous point).

The client can start trading if any of the following conditions are met.
- The client level is high.
-The client wears rich clothes or expensive armor.
- The client has a lot of cash.

Options
Chair menu:
Opening a counter - launching trade. To finish trading, just stand up.
Assemble Counter - Collect it and put it in your inventory. All items in the chest are also collected.
Price: XXX - Select the price of goods.
Cancel - closes the dialog box.

Price Menu:
Negotiable:
When customers want to buy something, the "negotiation" menu appears.
Average:
You are selling things at a "legitimate" price. The "legitimate" price is what you get from the merchants in the regular shop.
10% discount:
You sell things for 10% cheaper. This improves the reputation of the counter.
Max high:
You are trying to sell things at a higher price. Negotiations will fail very often. This tends to hurt the counter's reputation.

Eloquent ie:
Eloquence has little effect on the likelihood of a client visit.
Eloquence level 30 - you know what each client is looking for. Very useful information.
Eloquence level 60 - You can feel if a customer is going to visit your stall.
