You can pick up the purchased goods yourself from Park3D finished product warehouses. There are warehouses in the regions: Ural, southern, central. Contact your personal manager for details.
All Park3D products have overall dimensions. When choosing a machine, consider the width, length and height of the panels. In case of difficulties, our manager will help you plan the placement of cargo in the car.
If the consignee is entity, his representative must present an identification document, and (optional):
- power of attorney in simple written form with the seal of the organization;
- original or certified copy of the document on appointment to the position of the sole executive body of a legal entity (if the cargo is received by a director, general director, etc.);
- organization seal;
- stamp of the organization indicating the legal form, company name and location (only if the cargo is delivered to the recipient’s address).
Consignee - individual entrepreneur When receiving the cargo in person, he must present an identification document and, optionally, a seal (if the individual entrepreneur works with a seal) or a tax registration certificate.
A representative of an individual entrepreneur, when receiving the cargo, must present an identification document and (optional):
- IP seal;
- power of attorney in simple written form, certified by the seal of the individual entrepreneur.
Consignee - individual must present an identification document, the details of which were indicated by the shipper upon dispatch. His representative must present an identification document and a notarized power of attorney.
The Legobeton online store sells goods by pickup from a warehouse in Moscow and with delivery throughout Moscow, the Moscow region and Russia, both by its own couriers and vehicles, and by various transport companies (TC). Delivery of orders by the Russian Post service is currently not carried out due to the impossibility of paying the delivery cost by the recipient upon receipt, as well as long terms and prices.
For delivery of goods you can choose:
1) Pickup
Pickup of the order is carried out by the client of the Legobeton online store from a warehouse in Moscow (Khoroshevo metro station, 10 minutes on foot, address and how to get there - see section " "). The timing of order completion for pickup is determined in agreement with the manager of the Legobeton company.
In case of payment through a bank terminal at the pick-up point, a commission in the amount of 3% from the order amount (acquiring services).
2) Courier delivery in Moscow
- 600 rub.. - up to 10 kg. within the Moscow Ring Road
- 950-1200 rub.. - up to 10 kg. beyond the Moscow Ring Road. Condition - distance 10-35 km, if possible by public transport (*)
* Terms of courier delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road are additionally agreed upon with the manager.
3) Yandex-Taxi auto delivery without courier support
Yandex-Taxi auto delivery is valid only for individuals. Does not involve courier support and, accordingly, the return of documents. We load the goods into the taxi and give the driver contact information. You undertake to meet the taxi and pick up the paid goods.
The delivery price is calculated based on the current tariff determined when ordering a taxi from our warehouse at the address: 2nd Silikatny proezd, 34 bldg. 2 to the address specified when ordering. You can see the delivery cost yourself on the Yandex-Taxi website. Payment for delivery is made by the customer to the driver upon delivery.
If you wish (if you have a card linked to the Yandex-Taxi service), you can independently order a taxi from the address of our warehouse, if the manager confirms that the order is ready for shipment.
The advantage of this type of delivery is the high efficiency of delivery (the possibility of receiving the ordered goods within an hour, provided they are available at the pick-up warehouse) and the minimum cost, less than the cost of delivery by road with courier support.
4) Automobile courier delivery (in Moscow and Moscow Region)
Carried out by road transport accompanied by a courier:
4.1 Delivery within the Moscow Ring Road
- up to 75 kg - 1200 rub. (delivery is possible within the district railway)
- up to 6 cubic meters (up to 1500 kg, without entry into the circular railway (*)) - 1500 rubles.
- > 1500 kg or 6 cubic meters, delivery costs are agreed with the manager.
* Conditions for road delivery within the district railway. are agreed upon with the manager separately.
** Delivery cost includes delivery to your doorstep. Lifting the load (if necessary) is agreed upon additionally.
4.2 Cost of delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road:
Defined as the calculation of the cost of delivery in Moscow (1500 rubles) + 40 rubles. for 1 km. (distance from the Moscow Ring Road along the shortest route). The distance is calculated in multiples of 10 km.
The cost of delivery by our vehicles to the transport company (TC): delivery cost - 1000-1500 rubles. depending on the volume and location of the terminal of the transport company you choose. This option is used at the request of the client. Usually, picking up cargo from our warehouse by transport companies will be cheaper.
5) Delivery by transport companies
We work with all transport companies (hereinafter referred to as TC) represented in Moscow. We are ready to recommend the optimal TC, in terms of price and quality, but the final choice remains yours. If the TC is not specified, we send (depending on weight and volume) TC “Business Lines”, “PEK” or SDEK.
Delivery of goods is carried out by the shopping center chosen by the buyer in agreement with the manager. We provide paid delivery of cargo to the terminal of the selected transport company in Moscow or order collection of cargo from our warehouse.
The cost of delivery of cargo and accompanying documents is calculated according to the tariffs of the transport company and is not included in the cost of the product.
The delivery time of cargo to the buyer is determined by the selected transport company and depends on your location and the choice of the carrier’s route. You can check the estimated delivery times with our manager after choosing a carrier company.
Please note that when choosing delivery by transport companies, the carrier company is responsible for the delivery time and safety of the goods during transportation.
When choosing TK delivery, you must indicate where the delivery is taking place: To the TK terminal in yours or the nearest one (where there is a terminal)
Terms and additional conditions
Delivery of goods is carried out within 1-3 working days, and is specified by the manager when placing an order. Delivery on the day of order is possible by agreement with the manager.
When ordering express transportation, same-day delivery is possible upon agreement with a Business Lines specialist.
The order is placed 12 hours before the vehicle is delivered. When submitting an application on the execution day after 14:00 local time (in Moscow and St. Petersburg - after 16:00), the possibility of delivery in the evening or at night must be further clarified.
Special requirements for transport (side and top loading, delivery of an open machine, machine with a manipulator or hydraulic robot) must be agreed upon during the delivery order process.
Inter-terminal transportation begins the next day after the cargo is delivered to the terminal (on the day of delivery to the terminal, inter-terminal transportation is possible if the cargo is picked up before 17:00 local time) if there is a corresponding inter-terminal shipment on schedule.
Delivery on time
Delivery at the exact time is possible within the city where the departure or destination terminal is located.
When ordering delivery at an exact time, the car is delivered within the interval of half an hour before and half an hour after the ordered delivery time. Please specify the possibility of delivery at an exact time in a specific city in the payment order form.
Exact delivery cannot be made on the day of order.
The start of loading or unloading must occur no later than 30 minutes after the vehicle arrives at the address. After waiting 30 minutes, the vehicle may be recalled. In this case, the client is billed for idling the machine. The exception is cargo with the following parameters:
- Weight - more than 2499 kg;
- Volume - more than 14.99 m3;
- Length - more than 4.5 m;
- Width - more than 2 m;
- Height - more than 1.8 m.
Downtime and running the machine
Downtime is the delay of a Business Lines vehicle at the client’s address beyond the established standards.

Run - idle mileage of a vehicle due to the client’s refusal of a previously ordered delivery service from/to an address.
If you refuse an application for the collection of large cargo within the city, the cost of the run is set according to the price list, otherwise the cost of this service must be clarified with an employee of the delivery department of your region.
If the car is at the address for more than an hour from the moment of arrival, Business Lines reserve the opportunity to recall the car and bill the client for a simple and idle run of the car.
Cancellations
The conditions depend on the cost of the “Delivery from/to the address” service, taking into account the surcharge for delivery at the exact time or in the evening/night, for special requirements for transport (tail lift, manipulator, open machine, top loading), including the cost of loading and unloading operations .
About the conditions for canceling an order.
Division into city and suburb
The cost of the service depends on where the address of the sender and/or recipient of the cargo is located - within the city or in the suburbs.
In this regard, it is necessary to take into account that in a number of cases the division into city and suburb in the tariff system of the Business Lines Group of Companies does not coincide with the administrative boundaries.
The following areas are considered to be within the city:
- Moscow: located within the Moscow Ring Road;
- St. Petersburg: located before traffic police posts when leaving the city or before the Ring Road, at a shorter distance from the city center*;
- Penza: to traffic police posts when leaving the city;
- Perm: in the city center and surrounding areas;
- Samara: to traffic police posts when leaving the city;
- Ulyanovsk: in Zheleznodorozhny, Leninsky, Zasviyazhsky districts.

Lifting more than 5 kg to the floor is not carried out.
