Production

Semenov Valve Plant (SAZ) is located in Semenov, Nizhny Novgorod region. SAZ is one of the oldest industrial enterprises in Russia for the production of valves and fittings made of ductile iron, as well as the largest plant of the production division of the Santekhkomplekt holding.

In 2002, on the territory of the plant, the production of PP-H pipes was organized using the OSTENDORF technology with

using the latest tools quality control, promising materials. Production is established on modern equipment of the world's leading manufacturers "KraussMaffei" (Germany) and "Battenfeld-Cincinnati" (Austria). The entire production line, from the raw material mixer to the rubber sealing machine, fully complies with international standards.

The main supplier of raw materials for the production of products under the Santekhkomplekt brand is Sibur-Neftekhim. Full quality control of incoming raw materials eliminates the possibility of defects and ensures a long service life of Santekhkomplekt products. Uses MOL, Bode and MDS vulcanized rubber O-rings manufactured to European standards.
