2.2. Open flames are prohibited in the oil storage and operation room; artificial lighting must be explosion-proof. When opening the container, it is not allowed to use tools that give a spark when struck.
2.3. When oil fires are applicable the following means fire extinguishing: sprayed water, foam, sand, felt mat; prn volumetric quenching - carbon dioxide, the composition of the SZhB. superheated steam.
2.4. To prevent the ingress of oil hydrocarbon vapors into the air production premises sealing of equipment and devices is necessary.
The room in which work with oil is carried out must be equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation.
2.5. When working with oil, you must use individual means are sewn up in accordance with standard industry standards approved in the prescribed manner.
(Revised edition, Rev. No. 3).
2.6. When pan willowing oil, it is necessary to collect it in a separate container, wash the spill area with kerosene and wipe it with a dry cloth; when spilled on open area cover the place of the rakhtnva with sand, followed by its removal.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Medical vaseline oil is taken in batches. A batch is any amount of oil produced in the course of a continuous technological cycle, homogeneous in terms of quality and component composition, accompanied by one quality document.
(Revised edition. Rev. .Ye 3).
3.2. Sample size - according to GOST 2517.

4.1. Samples of medical vaseline oil are taken according to GOST 2517. The volume of the combined oil sample is 3 dm '.
(Revised edition, Rev. No. 1).
4.1a. (Deleted, Rev. No. 2).
4.2. To determine the content of node and paraffin, the test oil is poured into a clean dry chemical test tube 111-16-150XC according to GOST 25336 to a height of 30 mm. Then, in a test tube with the help of a stopper, a thermometer of the TN-6 type according to GOST 400 is fixed as follows. so that it passes along the axis of the test tube, and its reservoir is at a distance of 8-10 mm from the bottom of the test tube.
After that, the test tube with oil is strengthened with the help of a cork stopper in the G12T-100 TS sleeve test tube according to GOST 25336 so that its steaks are approximately at the same distance from the sleeve wall. To avoid the appearance of dew on the walls of the test tube, a few drops of concentrated sulfuric knelot or any other desiccant are poured onto the bottom of the sleeve. The assembled device is placed in a vessel with a mixture of water with ice or snow, having a temperature
