I have had a profile in the Delivery Club app for a long time. Registration takes place by phone number, then you need to enter your email so that electronic receipts arrive. This is very convenient, you can control the debiting of money, resolve any issues with confirmation in the form of a receipt for payment.

To place an order, select the store you like on the Black Friday promo code page and collect your cart. I chose the middle set at the Sushishop cafe, I order there through Delivery regularly, the rolls were always delivered on time and very fresh with a lot of filling.

But why is there not a word about this in the application itself, and why is it just the promotional code? Without it, the order is placed one or two times! But someone won’t wait and order dinner at full price!

Okay, let's go to the website. I have difficulty finding the “authorization” button; it is hidden in the “ABOUT US” section. 😂 I log in from my account, go to the cart, my order hangs there. I enter the promo code, hooray! Everything worked out! 50% discount, I pay by card online for 260 rubles. Yes, yes, the promotional code can only be used when paying online.

I receive a payment receipt by email.

AND THAT IS ALL! NO SMS! MY ORDERS ARE EMPTY! WHERE DID MY ORDER GO?!

This is where I start to really panic. Were you really deceived? The money was written off, but the order did not go through?!

I'm calling again to technical support. I listen to the music again for 10 minutes, and a disgruntled girl answers the phone. After much explanation and clarification, I find out that the payment to the “Sushishop” itself from Delivery has not yet gone through due to a technical fault. They promise to fix it immediately.

After the conversation, I immediately receive an SMS stating that the order has been processed and delivery will be at approximately 19:15. Just an hour, not bad.

During this hour, the nerves finally calm down, and the hunger increases! Wow, now let's eat some rolls!

19:13. Call. The Sushishop courier hands over the package and quickly leaves.

I go into the room to see what they brought me.

AND HERE I FALL OUT. WHAT ARE THESE, MY ROLLS?! WHY ARE THEY SO DRY AND SMALL? WHY IS THE FISH CURVE, THERE IS LITTLE CAVIAR, AND THE ROLLERS THEMSELVES ARE COLLAPSE FROM DRY?

The package contains a receipt containing the full cost of the rolls. It's tricky, though.

The filling of the rolls is meager, we just saved as much as possible! One rice and nori! I often take this set, IT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE SEEN THIS! HERE'S BLACK FRIDAY!

Now let’s calculate how much food they saved that day by making reduced mini-rolls at half price. With a change in the recipe and “from what was” (for example, in the whole pink roll, instead of Philadelphia cheese there was... MAYONNAISE! I didn’t eat it, it gave off sourness. And in California, instead of Philadelphia there was cream, which is placed on top of the sushi). And this is the BLACK FRIDAY because of which my mail is flooded with spam?!

And now a small addition about the Delivery application!

The promo code never worked, and at 20:00 it was no longer active. In the official Delivery Club VKontakte group, in the comments under the posts on the wall, there are thousands of indignant people trying to receive their orders or get their money back. I was lucky that at least something arrived. And if I hadn’t reached support, the money would have gone to Delivery’s accounts.

AND MY ORDER IS STILL NOT IN THE ORDERS LIST! EVEN COMPLETED! AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY BONUSES! WHAT IS THIS NIGHTMARE?! SHOULD I CALL AGAIN? WELL, I DO NOT

I will never fall for BLACK FRIDAY's marketing calls again, but rather wait until it's all over and buy quality products at full price! I can't wait for this madness to stop! 😠😠😠 Terrible rolls are not a delivery problem, but everything else is a terrible failure. And here you don’t need to look for anything - you just click and the kebab comes to you. Long live the digital revolution in kebabs!

Already started placing an order, but slowed down. I got the feeling that in the month that we haven’t seen each other, the cafe has gone a little crazy. Yes, not even a little.

In the app, lamb lula costs 440 rubles. I clearly remembered that I paid significantly less than 300 rubles. Has the price of sheep really gone up that much?

I didn't order it. In the evening I walked to the cafe on my feet to check what kind of luxury they had there? On the spot it turned out that prices not only did not increase, but even decreased slightly. Lamb lula costs 250 rubles, chicken 200. I immediately ordered all sorts of them, ate my fill and enjoyed it very much.

So what happens? In Delivery Club, cafe prices are multiplied by 1.75 (I checked others too). Not bad, right? And if three kebabs cost me 750 rubles, then through the Delivery Club they would cost 1320. A little expensive for a courier.

So maybe it’s the cafe itself that is driving up the delivery price? Don't know. A courier from Delivery Club just arrived in front of me, took the order and left. As far as I remember, the cafe also delivers items over 1000 for free. Directly. At a normal, not inflated price of food.

In general, my careless use of this cute application has come to an end. Alas, you will have to go to the restaurant’s website every time and compare prices. Because I’m quite ready to pay 25% extra for the service. 35% too. In some cases, 50% is possible. But 75 means you really pushed yourself. It doesn't happen that way.

This week I will test the service in Ulyanovsk. How about more reasonable prices there?
