Trademark of the manufacturer:

Conventional designation (except for type);

Party number.

Notes:

1. When using a mixture of grinding material, the brand of the main grinding material should be marked in the symbol. when using a mixture of grain sizes - the main grain size.

2. By agreement with the consumer, the dimensions of the roll may not be applied.

(Changed edition, Rev. No. 1, 2).

5.2. Link markings:

Mezdrovy glue - M;

Combined ligament - K.

5.3. The winding of the skin into rolls must be even and dense working layer outward, not allowing the formation of wrinkles, folds and crumpled places.

The end surface of the roll must be even, the protrusions of the edges of the roll with a width of up to 830 mm should not exceed 20 mm, with a width of more than 830 mm - 30 mm.

(Revised edition, Rev. No. 2).

5.4. Each roll of the skin must be wrapped in a double layer of paper in accordance with GOST 18277. GOST 2228 or GOST 10127.

The roll must be sealed at the joint. Elephant wrapping paper should close the ends of the roll and ensure its safety during transportation.

5.5. (Deleted, Rev. No. 2).

5.6. Each packaged roll must be labeled or stamped with the following data:

Trademark of the manufacturer;

Symbol;

Release date and batch number;

Technical control stamp.

5.7-5.16. (Deleted, Rev. No. 2).

5.17. The remaining requirements for labeling and packaging, as well as transportation and storage, are in accordance with GOST 27595.

APPENDIX 2 Mandatory

METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE CUTTING CAPABILITY AND THE FIXING STRENGTH OF ABRASIVE GRAINS

1. Equipment and materials

1.1. Device for testing PSSH-3.

1.2. Technical scales with a weighing error of ns more than 0.01 g.

1.3. Skin samples 680 mm long and 20 mm wide.

1.4. A rod made of calibrated steel grade 45 according to GOST 1051 with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of 250-300 mm.

2. Preparation for the test

2.1. Rip and weigh the skin sample.

2.2. A sample of the skin is covered on a metal disk with a diameter of 100 mm and a grinding rod in a cartridge holder. The rod should be tilted towards the rotation of the disc so. so that the end of the rods after grinding is flat. For this purpose, grinding is carried out with sandpaper of grain size 12 from normal electrocorundum for 15 s at a radial force of 19.6 N. The frequency of rotation of the rods is 36 min -1, the grinding speed is 15 m/s.

3. Carrying out the test

3.1. To determine the cutting ability of the skin, the rods are ground in the standard mode: radial force - 9.8 N. Grinding time - 1 min. grinding speed - 15 m/s. rod rotation frequency - 36 min -1 .

3.2. The length of the grinding section of the rod is measured with a caliper with an error of 0.05 mm.

3.3. To determine the strength indicators of fixing abrasive grains, the rod is deposited to room temperature or replaced with another one.

3.4. The rod is ground in the mode indicated in the table.

Grain

radial force. H

Cycle duration, s

Durability criteria - minimum metal removal per cycle, mm

3.5. Test according to paragraphs. 3.2-3.4 are repeated until the skin firmness criteria according to the table are reached.

3.6. Remove and weigh a skin sample.

4. Processing of results

4.1. Cutting ability Q, mm determined by the formula

where?| - length of the grinding reference rod for the first grinding cycle, mm; I- grinding time, equal to I min.

GOST 5009-82 S. 9

4.2. Fixing strength index K, mm/g. abrasive grains of the skin is determined by the formula

where q, is the length of the ground reference rod, mm;

n is the number of cycles until the durability criterion is reached;

D is the difference in the masses of the sandpaper sample before and after the test, g.

4.3. The cutting power and the holding strength of the abrasive rolls are determined as the arithmetic mean of the results of the three tests.

CALCULATION OF THE COEFFICIENT OF APPLICATION W.<1ИФМАТЕРИА."1А НА ОСНОВУ

The coefficient of application of silk material on the base A "n (the ratio of the area of \u200b\u200bthe base with the applied grinding material to its total area) is calculated by the formulas:

For version I

where o, shch - the maximum width of the relief, mm, / pt - the maximum step of the relief, mm;

For performance 2

For version 3

L n ~ .2

For version 4

where a min - minimum relief width, mm; / t, n - minimum relief step, mm.
