Registration of IP in the FSS

It is necessary to register as an individual entrepreneur in the Social Insurance Fund in two cases:

• if you hired employees and entered into an employment contract with them;
• if you have entered into a civil law contract with the obligation to pay contributions to the Social Insurance Fund.

Registration takes place in several stages:

• passport and copies of two of its spreads;
