Family Leisure Club (FCL) was founded in 2000 as a publishing house and book distribution company. In 2004, the publishing house became part of the Direct Group division of the international corporation Bertelsmann AG. In the same year, the creation of a group of companies began, which included the Book Club Family Leisure Club (Ukraine) and the Book Club Family Leisure Club (Russia).

In 2007, it also included the Bertelsmann Media Moscow (BMM) publishing house, which produces illustrated gift editions of the highest printing quality on various topics: illustrated encyclopedias, albums on art, design and antiques, atlases, guidebooks of the Cities and Countries series, scientific - popular publications on astrology, mineralogy.

KKSD is a publishing house with no particular specialization, publishing everything from children's books to cooking recipes, from mediocre inexpensive art albums to large-format deluxe editions.

"Club members" are given some discount on published books in exchange for an obligation on their club card to make purchases at least once a quarter in a store.

This can be done in several ways.

To implement this type of authentication, you first need to combine the club account with the account of the selected service. This is a one-time action for further convenient and quick access to the site.

• click on the icon of the required service;
• enter your club card number without additional characters and spaces;
• enter the last name in Cyrillic without initials;
• click the "Confirm" button;
• follow the terms of the service through which you want to log in.

During the next visit to our site, just click on the corresponding service icon - and you are authorized.

Authorized members of the Club get access to the "My Account" section, where it is convenient to view current catalogs, keep track of bonuses, view a selection of privileged books, adjust the contents of the basket and wish list.

Be sure to include your personal data: full name, club card number, email and/or phone number. This will allow us to understand the situation and inform you of its solution.

Search for goods on the website

Our site features a wide selection of products, including from the catalog of the current quarter and other club offers. To find the product you are interested in, use " search", which is located at the top of the site.

Specify any search keyword in the field: the last name of the author or performer, the title of the book or product (at least one word from the title), or its code, if you know it.

If you don't find anything, check the spelling of the query words (case insensitive), or try changing the wording to use more general criteria or words that are close in meaning. For example, instead of asking " big student guide'try using ' student reference book". If after that the search result does not change, then it is quite possible that such a product is simply not on sale at the moment.

Placing an order on the website

Add to cart from product page . To add the selected product to the virtual Shopping Cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button, which is located next to the product. After you select all the products, proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Cart" block.

For non-members of the Club, near some products, the "Add to Cart" button is inactive. This means that such products are available for order only to authorized members of the Club. If you are a member of the Club - log in!

Adding an item to the Cart via a form« Order by code from the catalog ». To do this, enterproduct code from the current directory in a special field in your shopping cart. After specifying the code, the product you are interested in will be automatically placed in the order form. If the product is not automatically added to the order form, you may have entered the product code incorrectly. Please check it again against the printed catalogue. It is also possible that this product is currently not available on the site.

Notice the block "Promotion Offers". It presents products that are currently sold at special prices.

Choice of delivery method. If you are a member of the Club and have been authorized, check the correctness of the order and select the delivery method: forwarding by Ukrposhta, forwarding by Nova Poshta or courier delivery. For more information on delivery terms, see the " Delivery methods».
